Description
Every baby and toddler is different. Some are happy with any kind of sippy cup, while others have a definite preference. It can also have a lot to do with age and stage. The average parent ends up buying more than ten sippy cups.
Cue the Babylist Sippy Cup Box. It lets you try out a variety of styles to see which one is the biggest success (with the least amount of mess!).
Here’s what’s in the Babylist Sippy Cup Box:
Munchkin Miracle 360° Trainer Cup
This innovative design avoids messes while supporting oral muscle development. Little ones can drink from anywhere around the rim (they tilt the cup and suck on the valve’s edge). When they’re done, the cup automatically seals (miracle, indeed!). And with no extra spouts, straws or pieces, it’s easy to clean.
Quark BuubiBottle Sip Toddler Sippy Cup
Made from virtually indestructible Tritan, this Quark sippy cup features an ergonomic grip collar that helps give little ones the confidence to hold and sip independently. The two-piece straw features an integrated one-way valve for leak-proof freedom.
Lalo Little Cup
Modern and multi-functional, this 3-in-1 sippy cup can be used with a straw, a spout or open like a traditional cup. It’s made with non-toxic silicone that’s soft on gums. The handles are easy for little hands to grip. Bonus: the straw is big enough for sipping smoothies.
Dr. Brown’s Baby’s First Straw Cup
The motto for this cup: tip and sip in any direction. It features a soft, weighted straw that allows babies and toddlers to drink from any angle—they can go from tipping the cup upside down to sipping upright with no spills in between. The cup is contoured and it comes with removable handles that lock in place for easier grasping. Cute animal faces add a friendly finish.

Q&A
Customer reviews
I was not sure at first how my son would do with the cups, however I was very impressed how easy they were for him to use and he was excited to try them and explore the cups.
His favorite one is the munchkin sippy cup. He can easily pick it up with the handles using one or two hands. Easy for him to sip fluids, it comes out steady as it's not a full open cup. We also love it because it's spill proof. It's very easy to wash with only three parts. I would say however if it is tilted on its side or upside-down and there is pressure put on it there will be some spill accidents. If it's just on its side left there is no issue. We carry this everywhere we go.His second favorite is the lalo cup. He like to use the complete open cup way. Easy for him to also grab and drink from it. We like how it can be versatile and be used in three different ways, complete open cup, with a straw or with a cap. It's as though you had three cups for the value of one. You can't go wrong with this one as you can use it to teach your little one how to drink in different ways. It's easy to clean as well and it's aesthetically pleasing to look at. I also absolutely love the color. My son also liked the Nuk learner cup as the tip simulates a similar softness to his baby bottle. He did struggle to use it more than the previous two I mentioned. I don't think it necessarily has to do with the cup but more him trying to disassociate the cup with his bottle.I also think he just needs a little more time to practice. The last one was dr.browns straw cup, he did not use this one very much as he is still trying to figure out how to suck from a straw. I think eventually he will like it. We do like that the straw comes with a balance base so no matter how he is facing his cup in different directions he will still get fluids out. This one those have a bit more detailed to cleaning and a few more parts. So it can take I bit longer then the rest.
The value of this box is great, you don't have to break the bank to try and figure out what your child might like or dislike and it has absolutely great versatile styles of cups to choose from .
I liked that it gave me the option to try some of the top brands out in the market. All the trendy new cups and for a great value you can't go wrong. I would definitely be recommending all my mom friends and family to try boxes like this one. You get a great value while also trying to figure out what your child might need without you trying to research different cups to see what they might like. With this box that's what what they have done for you to make it easier for us mom's and put the top products all together to have you test it out in one purchase.
My 11 month old pretty quickly figured out how to use all of them, with the silicone straw cup being his favorite! It has zero flow control and is only partially anti-spill, so we still have to supervise him using it. But the other three cups have flow control and anti-spill features so they don’t make any mess and definitely teach baby how to tilt a cup up to drink, or how to drink from a straw without them choking on the liquid. We also really liked the double-handle feature on some of them, which made for easy holding for a baby just learning to use a sippy cup. I would definitely recommend this sippy cup box to anyone who is looking to teach their baby to use a cup!
The Nuk Learner cup is perfect for transitioning from a bottle to a sippy cup. The handles are easy to grip and the wider base keeps it from tipping over; it was also easy to clean and includes a cap making it ideal for on-the-go.
Dr. Brown’s Baby’s First Straw cup was my son’s favorite as it includes a weighted flexible straw that moves, making it easy to drink from even when your child isn’t sitting up straight. I appreciate it accommodates up to 9 ounces in fluid and comes with a small brush to clean the straw. The cap includes a slide cover for the straw. I also didn’t experience any leaks with this cup. This made it easy for my son to transition from a sippy nipple to a straw cup.
Lalo’s straw cup was the most aesthetically-pleasing cup. It was easy to clean and easy to assemble. Although it doesn’t include a cap, I would say this is the perfect cup for eating at the dinner table or high chair.
I was most impressed with Munchkin’s Miracle cup. My son was on straw cups and we were in the process of teaching him how to drink from an open cup and this was the perfect solution. I didn’t experience any leaks with this cup; the design allows liquid to flow only when your child is actively putting their lips on the cup edge. I am grateful for this cup.
Overall, the sippy cup box is the perfect one-box solution for transitioning your baby from a bottle to a cup. Thank you so much!
Additionally, all of the cups come with handles for baby to hold on to which is great. Of the four cups, my least favorite was the Nuk Learner Cup due to the shape of the mouthpiece, I have read that it’s better for a baby to use a straw cup or drink from a regular cup versus a true ‘sippy’ style cup. My child took to straw cups pretty easily.
All of the cups I received were blue or green, which are mostly unisex but I would have liked to see a little more variety in color, or the ability to choose colors and/or cup types & brands.
Dr Brown’s straw cup
This is the first cup that girls picked to try. They liked the weighted straw so that the cup could be used at an angle and the handles. I appreciated the 9 oz capacity. The cup is light weight and easy to hang on to. We didn’t love the “lock” feature. It was not easy to use for little hands. I also noticed it was leaking while just sitting on the table. Considering the girls like to leave cups everywhere, this isn’t one we would be likely to use because of the leaking
Munchkin 360
This is a cup that we use often. It did take both girls a minute to figure out. I feel like it is a helpful cup to transition to an open cup. They love the handles and that it’s not too heavy. Dislikes: small capacity for the 3 year old and the lid is hard to screw on.
Nuk
This cup didn’t last long. My 18 month old had it for about 10 minutes before biting a hole in it and making a massive mess. Before she ruined it, she was getting frustrated because the flow seemed heavy and she choked on her water. I feel like this cup is marketed to a smaller child but it definitely didn’t work well for us.
Lalo.
This is the worst cup in the box. It is tiny and doesn’t hold much. The straw is easy to remove and not leakproof. My 18 month old immediately pulled the straw out and just dumped the water out. The other part that makes this cup unusable…it is soft and made of silicone. She barely squeezed it and the lid popped off. I would not recommend this one to a small child and the capacity is not big enough for a child old enough to use it.
Overall, we were happy with the variety of the box and the chance to try a few different styles of cups. Our favorite cup was the Munchkin 360 by far! We won’t be using any of the other cups. I would definitely recommend this box to others to try due to the variety.
