Description

Every baby is different. Some babies will take to any bottle with no fuss. Others are very particular about which bottle they like. Babylist Bottle Bundle offers a great solution to the feedback we often hear from our community—that new parents tend to register for or buy a whole set of bottles only to realize they aren’t the right fit. This bundle lets baby and you try out a variety of bottle shapes and styles to see which ones your family prefers, before you commit to buying multiples of one bottle.

Glass baby bottles have some unique features that set them apart from everyday glass and from their plastic counterparts: they’re ultra durable, thermal shock resistant, easy to clean (they generally have fewer parts) and avoid the possibility of microplastics being emitted into milk. Glass bottles also don’t absorb colors or odors like silicone or plastic bottles sometimes can. Glass can go from cold to hot without breaking and can go into the dishwasher without the fear of chemical leaching.

The Babylist Bottle Bundle contains four of the most popular glass bottles among Babylist parents, and it makes a great baby shower gift. All of the nipples are Slow Flow for newborns, but please note that each brand’s nipple flow will slightly vary.

Here’s what’s in the Babylist Bottle Bundle:

Dr. Brown’s Options+ Glass Narrow Baby Bottle

Options+ bottles have a removable internal vent system that’s clinically proven to help reduce colic, decrease spit-up, burping and gas and better preserve nutrients in breast milk and formula. The breast-like nipple shape encourages a proper latch and provides a consistent flow so babies feed at their own pace.

Philips Avent Glass Natural Response Baby Bottle

The Natural Response nipple lets baby control the flow of milk, similar to breastfeeding. The unique opening and only releases milk when baby actively drinks so when they pause to swallow and breathe, the milk pauses, too. This makes it easier to switch back and forth between breast and bottle feeding.

Suavinex Bonhomia SX PRO Glass Bottle

Designed and made in Spain, this bottle features the SX PRO 100% silicone nipple with an anti-colic valve that supports baby’s changing oral development. The physiological shape of the nipple helps baby’s tongue remain in the same natural position as when breastfeeding, aiding in correct positioning of their mouth, tongue and jaw.

BIBS Glass Bottle

Also made of durable borosilicate glass, all parts of this bottle are made of 100% safe food-grade material. The round nipple is made of natural rubber latex. And like the others in the Bottle Bundle, it features an anti-colic function for less air ingestion.

Note: if your baby will be exclusively breastfeeding, we suggest waiting to introduce any bottle until baby has been nursing at least four weeks and knows how to latch.

What we love about it

A bundle of popular glass baby bottles that lets new parents try out different ones to see which works best for them—before buying a whole set.

This is the way
This is the way. I almost fully attempted to fully source some used Avent outside of the registry, and by Day 2 it was obvious Baby just vibes with the Suavinex. Never would’ve even thought to consider or lookup Suavinex if it wasn’t for this sampler box. (Similar experience with the swaddle box.)

Good variety
I love how this set gives you a good variety of bottles to try. The first thing I love was how the colors of the bottle were very neutral. As a breast-feeding mom who is going back to work and getting my baby used to bottles I love how I was able to let her try out different nipples to see which one she prefers. I’ve been wanting to also try out glass bottles since I heard they were better than plastic and last a lot longer. But I must say I was a little nervous of the possibility of it falling and breaking or it being too heavy for baby to hold the bigger she gets. But to my surprise it was not heavy at all and seems very durable. My daughter loved the Phillips and the Dr. browns nipples the best. But I’m glad that she was able to try each one before I made a big purchase of bottles. I’ve already mentioned this to my pregnant friends for them to purchase and try when their babies are starting bottles.

Would definitely recommend purchasing and trying it.

Great Bottles
We love using glass bottles instead of plastic. This bundle offers high-quality options for anyone interested in glass bottles for their baby. Each bottle has unique features and nipples designs making it simple to try various options. Our baby seemed to do best with the Philips Avent bottle, though he did okay with the other bottles as well. It’s expensive enough to have a baby. They last thing you want is to have a whole bottle set ready to use, only to find out your baby hates it! This set helps to eliminate guessing and for a reasonable price as it would be more expensive to purchase each individual bottle. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone with a newborn.

Glass Bottle Brush Galore!
These bottles are how I found out that glass bottles are not for me. However, if you’re not like me and are not worried about one breaking, these may be for you!! I’m going to give these 5/5 stars, just because they are very well made and the variety is perfect for someone looking to find out what bottle their baby likes! The bottles are so beautiful in their glass forms. It came with a couple of the narrow bottles, and some more wide bottles. My girl really liked the Dr. Browns glass bottles! We feed her cold formula from the fridge, and coming straight out of the fridge the glass is so cold. So if your babe likes cold milk, I don’t know if I would suggest these bottles. My hand was freezing after feeding her from these bottles. If your baby likes warm, or hot milk then these may be for you!! I think the overall value for these bottles definitely live up to what you get! I bought so many individual bottles when my girl was first born just to have her not like any of them, so this would have been a lifesaver and a money saver if I had got these to begin with. I would definitely recommend this box to someone looking at glass bottles to try before splurging on a whole set of a certain brand. My favorite part of this set was the variety of bottles it came with!

Excellent variety
This box had a great selection of bottles with different shapes and styles. My baby was not picky and seemed to drink from each bottle equally well. I love the look of the Bibs bottle and the fact that it comes with a collapsible funnel for formula, but my favorite bottles are the Phillips and Suavinex because they are the easiest to clean with a short, fat shape and minimal pieces. Overall, this is a great box for anyone to sample before committing to one bottle brand.

Beautiful gift
My first impression was that everything was packaged beautifully. This would make a great gift because of the variety of bottles. I prefer glass bottles during the newborn stage personally, and don’t switch to plastic until they are older and holding their own bottle. Overall, advent and dr. Browns have been our go to bottles for all of our children. My baby does the best with dr. Browns because it slows the flow down the most and causes the least stomach upset/need for burping afterwards. I really liked having the different options to try though and will definitely be including one of these boxes with any baby shower gifts going forward.

Love this set so much!
I recently got The Glass Bottle Box to try out for my son! Since he has been primarily breastfed, I wasn't sure what bottles he would even take. This set is perfect for moms who need to try different bottles out for their little babes. First off, I absolutely LOVE the fact that these bottles are glass. It is so much better for babe and the quality is a lot nicer than plastic. I can already tell these bottles will last a LOT longer than regular plastic.
This box set came with four different brands, two of which I had never heard of. Bibs, Suavinex, Avent & Dr Brown. Each bottle was unique in its own way—from the nipple texture, shape and all the way down to the bottle itself. All the colors were neutral for either gender, which I also loved!
Turns out my son liked the Suavinex bottle the most! The nipple was soft and flexible, most shaped like natural breast anatomy.
The extra bonus was the precious owl design, so cute!
Overall, I am so happy we tried this box set out. I learned about a new brand that my baby loves and figured out which nipple/bottle he likes best.
I would definitely recommend this to new mamas, breastfed or formula fed. It’s so important to try several styles out so you know what your little one loves.

Great Starter Kit for Finding the Right Bottle For your baby
The bottle kit is a great way to start exploring what your baby likes without a big investment. It offers a variety of bottles, each with a different nipple type, but all in the same size for a fair comparison. I initially thought babies would take any bottle you give them, but I quickly learned they can be picky! My little one started out taking any bottle, but eventually leaned toward the Dr. Brown bottle, so we ended up buying more of those. The Bibs bottle came in as a close second. I really wished she liked the Suavinex bottle, though—it’s so cute!

I appreciate the glass bottles because I’m not a fan of heating plastic, especially when warming milk or defrosting pumped milk. I’m really glad I bought this kit before investing in a bunch of bottles.

For the price, it’s a great deal—four glass bottles that let you try different options before committing to one.

Great Variety of Glass Bottles!
I enjoyed receiving a Babylist Glass Bottle Box. Mine came with three different bottles: a Phillips Avent, a Suavinex, and a Bibs, all with 0+ nipples.

In short, each bottle has something unique about it, and the Glass Bottle Box is an excellent way to try a good variety out before you invest in a large quantity of just one kind.

I have used glass bottles since my first child, and exclusively since my second, so I was already onboard for the benefits of glass. Currently on baby number 4, I was excited to try out some different brands.

The brand I preferred before was Philips Avent, which is one of the brands in the box. They do not appear to have changed over the years, and continue to have a solid feel, good nipple shape, and easy assembly. I use the hand pump from the same line, and I like the convenience of being able to pump directly into a bottle and cap it off to have it ready for use. I also know that they hold up well over a long period of time, because some of mine are from 10 years ago (albeit they did not see daily use, as they were exclusively used for breastmilk, and only occasionally).
I appreciate the more plain aesthetic with a neutral palette. They're also made in the USA, and are the most affordable of the three brands - all wins for me.

The Suavinex Premium bottle with the SSX Pro nipple may be a new favorite. The nipple shape is very breast-like with the shape and softness. The opening of the bottle is slightly larger than the Philips variety, making my Philips Avent manual pump incompatible with the Suavinex bottle. However I do like the wide diameter, as I find them more comfortable to hold and easier to clean. All of the bottle components are solid and emit quality. Suavinex appears to be based out of and made in Spain. The bottle's owl design is cute but I would prefer a plainer option.
Baby wise, this bottle was the easiest for my two month old to latch onto. The only downside for me was how the nipple pops into place on the top. There is a wide bottom rim you have to pinch into the circle and then press it over to the otherside. If I used bottles all of the time it may bug me a bit. Apart from that, the Suavinex is quite ideal for me.

Finally the Bibs bottle. It has a more vintage styling with a narrow silhouette and tall rubber nipple. The “complete set” that came in this box included a collapsible funnel. I don't foresee getting much use of the funnel because I don't use formula, but it seems thoughtful. The nipple and bottle are made in Germany. The other components are made in Denmark. The plastic Denmark made parts seem on the cheaper side, but the bottle itself has nice weight and the nipple seems durable.
Looks-wise the Bibs bottle is nice. The heart imprint on the nipple is cute, and the printing on the bottle is clear and easy to read.
My little one did not seem to care for this nipple style. Being a young BF baby, he may just prefer a wider shield area surrounding the area at this point because it seems more familiar. The rubber also has a smell to it, so that might throw him off as well.

Overall I recommend getting the box.

Must have for those about to introduce bottles!
As a mom with a little one about to be using bottles this box was an absolute life saver! I had been testing out different bottles here and there only for them to be rejected after I bought a full set. This box was perfect as I didn’t have to make a commitment to one bottle! We got to try multiple brands that are all different shapes and sizes. This box provided a great variety of glass bottles to try that we were able to settle on the Dr. Browns bottle. I have loved this bottle so far as it’s not leaking and doesn’t seem to make the little one gassy. If you are still looking for a bottle for your little you need to get this box!
