Babyletto recommends using this tray with their Pure 31 inch Contour Changing Pad. It's also compatible with other changing pads that measure 31" x 16".
This changing tray isn't listed as GREENGUARD certified.
This does fit the Graco Noah 6 Drawer Double Dresser.
The only screws that come with this changing tray are those for the safety brackets. So there are no screw covers.

This changing tray comes with two brackets that you'll attach to each side of the back. Simply screw these brackets in place to securely attach the tray to a dresser or table.
