Description
BabyBjorn’s lightweight bouncer scores high marks with parents. The low-tech design relies on your baby’s own movement to generate a natural rocking motion. It has a chic, modern profile, folds flat for easy transport and storage and best of all, no batteries are required.
The bouncer sits low to the ground and creates an ergonomic little nest for infants. The fabric is stretched over a flexible framework that moves in response to your baby’s movements, in contrast to swings that operate electronically.
Choose from two fabric options: Stretchy 3D Jersey, their softest and most velvety material and 60% polyester/40% quilted cotton for a soft and snuggly feel.
The seat distributes your baby’s weight evenly (particularly important for newborns) and supports their head, neck and back. It has three recline positions and adjusts easily with one hand. The cover removes easily for machine washing (scoring more points), and when your baby gets bigger you can flip the cover over and use it as a toddler seat.
You can buy an extra Bouncer Bliss fabric seat to have a spare for laundry day. Pro tip: you can upgrade a Bouncer Soft with the new fabrics, which fit on the original frames as well. All bouncer fabrics that come in contact with your little one’s skin meet the requirements of OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class 1 for baby products. This means that they’re kind to your baby’s skin and safe.

Yes, the midnight blue is 100% quilted cotton.
The 3D Jersey is 80% polyester/16% cotton/4% elastane and Quilted is 100% cotton. The Anthracite/Flying Friends is Quilted.
This bouncer can be reconfigured to be used as a children's chair. So both weight limits are correct. As a bouncer, the limit is 20 lbs. As a chair, the limit is 29 lbs.
They are actually identical except for the color! The Bouncer Balance Soft has a black or light gray frame with a two-toned fabric seat while the Bliss is the most recent release and comes with a light or dark gray frame with a single-tone fabric cover. The shape, functionality, and features of both models are the same. Covers are even interchangeable.
The cover is machine-washable using bleach-free detergent.
The jersey is more expensive because it's their softest and most velvety material. It is 80% polyester, 16% cotton and 4% elastane.

It took my baby ~6-8 weeks to actually be interested in looking at the toy bar. They are almost 10 weeks now and don’t intentionally interact with it much but do seem to enjoy looking at it. What the toy bar is great for is propping up black and white things for her to look at! That helps keep the bounce experience fresh for them too—being able to swap out objects.
I contacted customer services who agreed to the fault and accepted my claim under warranty. They have asked me to destroy the cover and send evidence of this before they can send another cover to me. It can take up to two weeks to receive the new cover which means I will be left without a bouncer for that length of time.
I have been advised it is their strict policy that all faulty products have to be destroyed immediately and proof sent to them for the claim to be approved. Whilst I appreciate the reasoning for this, in my case the issue is not of safety, but rather it is an aesthetic one. Therefore I cannot comprehend why a new cover cannot be sent straight away. I can then send evidence of this cover being destroyed.
To me that is not acceptable and it definitely is not something i am willing to compromise on when it comes to my baby and her needs.
The bouncer itself is not cheap, I expected a more understanding response and better customer service.
