Do not buy this if you want to use the car seat/infant system. We have had tremendous difficulty every time we try to take the infant carrier in and out of the car. I’m talking 30+ minutes of messing with the release button trying to get the carrier out. This occurs with and without the baby in the seat, and while following the instructions. It makes me think it must be an unsafe car seat.
We like the stroller, hence two stars instead of one.

This travel system comes with the Expedition Race Tec Jogger, Baby Trend Ally 35 Infant Car Seat and Base. A travel system allows you to move baby from the car to stroller and back again.
Expedition Race Tec Jogger

What does it mean to not use this as a jogger before 6 months? Can it be used as a stroller in any way before 6 months?
You can totally use this as a stroller, with the infant car seat attached, from birth. Once your little one reaches six months and can sit unassisted, you can start skipping the infant car seat.

Do not buy!!!!!!!!!
Do not buy you will never be able to get a new base for this car seat. If something happens to your old one you it will never happen because they don’t use it anymore. They don’t sell them anymore. You cannot find them anywhere and you will end up buying chicco or gravy like me! And you will never be able to get anybody on the phone to be able to ask about it either because that’s not a real thing not in their world I guess

I absolutely love it, my son is 2 months old now and I still have no complaints besides when I used the stroller the wheels were a little loose and flat so you might need a pump but honestly so worth it!

I use this everyday when I pick up my daughter from school. Car seat is great and I knew the stroller would be a lot bulkier than most but it is so easy to use. When putting away it is a little on the heavier side. Only negative thing I would say is it takes up a lot of space in my trunk but there is ways to place it to have more room for other items.

Product defect, poor customer service, no resolve.
I am rarely one who writes negative reviews, however, after my recent experience, I feel compelled to warn others- or at least share my experience.
My mother purchased this stroller through my registry on babylist.
We used the car seat as soon as our baby was born, but it was winter in the northeast, so we did not use the stroller for a few months. When we finally did, we immediately realized it was pulling to the right pretty significantly/ it is also wildly heavy and cumbersome and difficult to get in and out of the car- but that, I can deal with. We tried every trick in the book (and on google- checking air pressure, tightening and loosening bolts, etc), but could not correct it. I finally reached out to babytrend/ who were great- they had me send in photos and a video and I immediately had an email that my replacement part was on the way.
I was a bit put off when only a dirty/used bike tire (not including the defect) was received. I followed up again with the agent- who “corrected” the issue. I then received the correct part, wrong color, but with the same exact defect. The defect is that the peg that holds the wheel straight has give to it, so it moves side to side, allowing the wheel to pivot just enough that it pulls in one direction or the other, requiring constant counter pressure on the handle in order for it to go straight while walking (not to mention running). The next step is parting with my stroller for at least two weeks while they examine the product. I use the stroller daily.
I asked for permission to do a complete return and was met with zero consideration.
The whole process has been so off putting, the product, the customer service- I will never buy another babytrend product or recommend to anyone.

Jogger
This stroller is perfect. I can honestly say was designed with the parents in mind, as well as the child. It has cup holders, and a place to put my cell phone in an up right position. It makes it convenient to use your phone, while pushing the stroller. The basket is big so my purse and my baby bag fit perfect! Assembly is incredibly simple. The inflated wheels take on uneven terrain smoothly, like large hills or the really cracked, uneven pavement. The handle is comfortable to hold on to. It's great for jogging or just social distancing, because It allows us to move much faster. There are brakes to put on so it doesn’t roll. It's easy to fold, simply pull up the loops on both sides, then pull the lock over the latch. The stroller is sturdy and safe. Adjusting the height is very easy to do and just takes a few seconds to do. The canopy shade had a neat feature, where you can unfold it to protect just a few more inches of their face. There is a flap that you can lift up to see inside. I highly recommend it to anyone with a little one.

Best Stroller EVER!
Purchased this stroller near the end of 2021 due to my wife breaking our older Baby Trend stroller. Smoothest stroller hands down, glides like a Cadillac once you inflate the tires to 40psi. Would purchase again. Thank You Baby Trend!

Great Product
I am in love with this Jogger Travel System. Having the 2 in 1, has made my life so much easier.
First of all, it is so stylish, and cute. It’s also very easy to maneuver, even on a rough sidewalk.
