Description
The all-wheel suspension of the Summit X3 lends itself to a very smooth ride, and the jogging strap keeps the stroller from getting away from you. It’s all-terrain (it can even handle stairs!) just be careful not to puncture the air-filled wheels. For a mall or a crowded store it’s too bulky, but for long distances and rough weather, it’s perfect. Because the glide is so great, you feel like you’re pushing far less weight than you actually are.
What really sets this jogger apart are the hand controls. Jogging strollers typically let you choose between lock and swivel on the front wheel, but the Summit X3 takes it to the next level by letting you toggle with a handlebar device (instead of having to bend over the wheel). As well as having the standard foot brake, it’s also got a handbrake to give you extra control on downhill jogs. Keep in mind that these features (although they’re great) do get in the way of some handlebar accessories. Between that and the lack of built-in cupholder, you might end up stashing your water bottle in the bottom compartment.
The canopy holds up to the wind of your jogging and the mesh side vents help your child enjoy the breeze too. The canopy’s got two nice Velcro windows (although some people prefer magnet-secured windows, which avoid the Velcro ripping sound). With the right adapter, you can click in a car seat and make it a travel system. Although you wouldn’t jog with a newborn, you can snap in a car seat and run errands with your newborn. It has a few recline positions, but not the full recline a newborn needs. The biggest downside is that some parents experience front wheel shakiness when the front wheel is unlocked. The weight is far from light, but not bad for a jogging stroller, and it’s roomy enough for older children (up to 75 lbs!). The fold is a bit bulky, so measure your trunk to check the fit.

Keely if you see this you can know you created this negative review.
It is ridiculous to me that you cannot steer a running stroller as you’re supposed to run only with it in the locked mode. The locked also veers off to the right.
I was very excited to receive the Baby Jogger Summit X3. We live an active lifestyle and are always on the go. This stroller is fabulous and fits our needs perfectly.
The assembly process of the stroller was a breeze. Aside from popping on the wheels and adding the canopy, it came almost entirely preassembled. I did get confused with how to put on the back wheels at first. However, once you realize what part to pop off-it’s super easy. I wish the directions just told you to do that, it would have saved me a few minutes of guessing! With that being said, the directions could have included words in my opinion. I’m not a huge fan of picture only instructions.
The stroller itself is beautiful. I love the gold accents. It is really a sharp and stylish looking stroller! It is sturdy and well made. The thick wheels are durable and are suitable for all terrains. The stroller has a nice sized under basket for ample storage which is a huge plus for a mom with multiple children. The stroller has a rubber handle covering instead of the fabricy covering you often see on a lot of other strollers. I like this because it would definitely weather wear and tear well and hold up nicely. The hand brake is a huge plus for me and is by far my favorite feature of the stroller! We live in a very hilly area, so it comes quite in handy while picking up speed while running down the hilly roads by us. One thing I don’t really love is the look of the cord hanging across the whole handle bar. I wish there was a way of concealing it a bit more under the handle.
I love that the stroller leaves out the guess work for folding and unfolding. There are not any hidden levers or buttons for opening and closing. There is simply a “pull here” strap in the middle of the seat. I won’t ever have to google this! I love an easy to figure out stroller!
The stroller ride itself was very smooth. My little girl loves going for short runs, long walks, or strolls simply around the driveway in it. She is always crawling up into her new stroller. It’s comfortable for her and she’s very happy in it. As I stated earlier, it folds so nicely. This makes it easy to pop in the car for errands or outings. The front wheel locks and unlocks easily to transition between jogging and stroller mode making it a very versatile stroller. We plan to get quite a bit of use out of this great stroller for all of our various needs and activities.

Thank you so much Stellar Product Testing Panel reviews for allowing me the opportunity to review this product. Highly recommend you checking it out!
Every other jogging stroller I have used has a fixed front wheel making it hard to do anything other than just use it for running or exercise. This stroller however allows you to lock and unlock the front wheel making it useable for everything. I love the large wheels making any terrain seem like.no big deal.
This is also the easiest stroller to fold, you just lift it up by a handle in the seat and it folds right up making it easy to quickly get it into the car when you're on the go.
This is definitely the stroller I will be recommending to everyone.
