Description
AEIOU is a Babylist-exclusive brand that supports an early connection around meals and food to last a lifetime. The Future Foodie Gift Set comes with a complete set of modern feeding essentials for starting solids: a suction bowl with lid, sippy cup with straw, suction divided plate, two infant feeding spoons and a bib. Everything is made from 100% food-grade silicone.
What’s Inside:
- Silicone Bowl with Lid: Save leftovers by popping the lid on and putting it back in the fridge for later. The handy suction base keeps it securely in place.
- Silicone Bib: The perfect size that will survive a good yank and a bottom catch pocket to collect what doesn’t make it in the mouth (before it hits the floor!).
- Infant Spoon (2 Count): Two, because one spoon will almost certainly get thrown on the ground. The long handle has plenty of reaching power, and the smaller tip is better suited for little ones just learning.
- Silicone Cup with Straw: Ribbed closure means the lid stays put. But when you’re feeling brave to start open-cup sipping, this can be your go-to as well. High Quality With Great Suction
Nice quality items. The suction on the plate and bowl works very well; I have tried single suction plates and multiple suction plates, but AEIOU's single suction plate/bowl have worked the best for us. No odor with handwashing. I would recommend this starter gift set for all new parents with little eaters!

Soapy Taste - Would Pass
We found these items to be tasteful and beautifully designed, and we appreciated their aesthetic appeal. However, they unfortunately left a soapy aftertaste. We loved the idea of being more sustainable, but regrettably, we ended up discarding both sets we received for our shower.

Fantastic Foodie Fun
I received this child mealtime accessory from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and have been primarily using it with my almost 1 year old son. Although the mealtime set would be suitable for my 2.5 year old it has primarily been used by my youngest who is still learning how to self feed. There were definitely pros and cons about the set so I will start with the cons. When opening the package the first thing that I noticed was a very chemical like smell. I realize that prior to use you would certainly wash however, the smell was a bit off putting. Thankfully the products were dishwasher safe so majority of the smell had gone away. The small cup that was included although cute and a good size for a babys hand was a bit cumbersome. Once the cup was filled with water it was hard to press the cover back on without squirting out water. Additionally, my son was able to rip the straw out incredibly easily which seems to defeat the purpose of learning to drink with a straw. I feel either the straw needed to be thicker or the straw hole needed to be smaller. The last con would be the surface area on the spoons. Personally with my baby it felt hard to keep the foods on the spoon as well as much harder to scoop in general.
In terms of pros I think the biggest thing for me was the bib. Having a baby that can easily rip off a bib whether it be a fabric bib or silicon as this meal set is, this bib had secure "snapping" that helped keep the bib in place. Additionally, the contouring to the body was a nice touch as it allowed for better "catch" vs just hanging off the body.
The bowl in the set was a great add as this is an item that I find is lacking in the market. It provides a bit more versatility vs just the standard plate.
From an aesthetic prospective I thought the packaging was incredibly sleek while also having a pop of fun with the creative use of the alphabet. The color was also top notch as it had more of a modern/gender neutral vibe. Lastly, the fact that the set can go into a dishwasher is a game changer for a busy mom.
Even though there was a handful of cons related to this meal set I would still recommend this to others to try especially those who are BLW. It is a great set overall that offers a variety of different feeding options which would work for families of all kinds regardless of where they are in their feeding journey.

Foodie Fun
Our daughter loved having her own complete matching set at the dinner table! It comes packaged beautifully displayed with cute sayings for each item. The pink color is soft and lovely. The bowl is generously sized and the lid is a nice addition for when you have leftovers, just throw it on and pop into the fridge. The suction on the bottom is strong and prevents throwing of the bowl. The plate sections are good for a main course and sides. Added benefit - foods don’t touch! The cup is a little small and we find ourselves refilling it throughout dinner. The lid is a little tricky to take on and off which is great because it lessens accidentally spills from our daughter but I found myself spilling on me trying to take the top off. The spoons are smaller and great for new eaters. Best part is, all of it can be thrown on the top rack of the dishwasher!
This is a great little set to gift to a new parent so they have all the essentials once their baby starts eating!

Foodie Gift Set
I received the AEIOU Future Foodie Gift Set through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Upon first opening the box, I was so impressed with the super detailed packaging. It had a very Montessori esque packaging style. I hadn’t seen anything like that on the market, especially at that great of a price point. It had a very fun, fancy layout for each item in the set. The gift set came with a bib, two spoons, a suction bowl with lid, a suction plate, and a cup with straw. I loved that it came with everything you would need to start feeding your baby real food and drinks! Every piece was made from a lovely feeling silicone, and it all washed great in the dishwasher. However, after using both the bowl and plate, my 10 month old daughter was able to pull the suction off of the table every time. Overall, a really cute option for a food gift set for a younger baby.

Great Eating Set!
First of all, this AEIOU Future Foodie Gift Set would make a great shower gift for an expecting mother. I was lucky to be gifted the set as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it's been a wonderful addition to our house. The set itself looks so sleek with the light cream/tan coloring, it's not obnoxious and is just simple. The suction works great, I will say that the plate did still slide a bit on our quartz countertops, but the bowl did not, and both of them stayed suctioned to the table and to our high chair and have withstood our 20-month-old attempting to pull it off.
Since it is made of silicone it was super easy to clean, I have both hand washed as well as tossed the entire set into the dishwasher. Great quality overall and I'll definitely be recommending to other moms. The cup lid is a little difficult to get off (which is great because the kids can't easily take it off) which is honestly a plus for me, less spillage this way.

neat design and easy to clean
Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this AEIOU Future Foodie Gift Set to try out! The look and design of the set is aesthetically pleasing! It has a very simplistic modern look to it while also being a pretty pink!
I really love that the materials are baby safe and non-toxic! The silicone is soft to the touch. The quality is definitely high. I can see this set lasting us a very long time!
Everything is very easy to clean in this set! It's all dishwasher friendly, which as a mom of 4 littles is much appreciated!! Another cool feature is that all items except for the spoons are microwave safe as well!
My favorite feature of the set is the silicone bib. Not only is it easy to clean, but I love that it catches "most" food that my daughter drops in the little pocket! This makes cleaning up soooo much easier.
I have tried many baby plates and bowls that have the suction feature to them, however I haven't really found one that my baby can't easily yank off her highchair. This set still doesn't work well on her highchair, but it works just fine on my countertop and our dining table!
I would definitely recommend this set to other parents! I think it would make a great baby shower gift as well! The color choices are great and for a mom who wants to still have a simplistic design in her kitchen, this set will be perfect!

Cute Gift Set!
I absolutely loved this set for my 10 month old son. We have other silicone suction brand sets and this one is FAR superior and overall better quality. You can feel the difference, sturdiness, heaviness of this set.
The box it arrived in was super cute and the packaging was very clever and would make for a great gift for a first time mom since it includes all the basics to start! I especially loved that the bowl came with a lid for leftovers. So, so smart. The color we received is stunning and we received compliments on it from friends visiting.
Our plate didn’t suction very well and my son was able to toss it off the high chair, but that could just be our tray/or freakishly strong son. I will gladly continue to try using and eventually (read: hopefully) he won’t toss his dishes!
Overall, I would buy this set again for myself and new parents. Absolutely loved the quality, color, and packaging! You can tell this company has put a lot of thought into the product.

Great Starter Set
We have an almost one year old, and we have have finally found a good set of eating utensils and plates. The plate, unlike others, is deep enough that food doesn’t fall out, and the suction cup underneath is so handy and reliable. The bowl has a lid for easy transport, and the matching spoons are perfect for little hands and mouths. The cup is almost perfect, unfortunately it leaks when my kid turns it on its side or upside down, and the straw can be pulled out easily. The bib can be a little hard to put on, but I actually like it since my kid is able to pull and take off other brands of bibs. The set is also so easy to clean and we love that it is dishwasher safe and microwaveable; big plus! Overall this a great starter set that includes all you need for your baby and as they grow. Sleek, high quality set - makes a great gift!
I was downright giddy when I received this gorgeous feeding set in the mail as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel! My daughter is 11 months old and recently became super interested in eating solid foods. We are trying to feed her at the table several times a day, so this couldn't have come at a better time.
My first impression was that the set is beautiful. It's made of high quality silicone and feels good to the touch. I love that everything can be tossed in the dishwasher and saves me time. (I find that sometimes silicone takes on the taste of dish soap after many washes, but haven't found that to be the case yet with these items - time will tell.)
The bowl and spoons are my favorite items. The bowl sticks well to the highchair tray so my baby can't easily toss it to the floor. Plus, it comes with a lid to save any food my daughter hasn't finished! The spoons are fully silicone which my baby LOVES when teething. I don't love when she gnaws on a plastic spoon because I'm worried it'll hurt her, but the spoon being fully silicone makes me feel confident she can chew without any issue.
Overall I was very pleased with this item and think it would make an awesome gift. It really comes with everything a baby would need to start their solid food journey without having to buy each piece separately. Definitely recommend!
