What prevents the child from pulling the insert out of the holder?
The teething inserts fit snuggly into the holder, and would be very difficult for a baby to remove. If the teether comes out of the holder, all parts of the teether are safe for the baby.
Are they dishwasher safe?
This teether is not dishwasher safe. It is recommended that you use warm, soapy water to keep it clean.
What are the teethers filled with?
The teether is filled with non-toxic cooling gel, the gel is made of mostly water and a small percentage of propylene glycol.

Brilliant! Title speaks for itself!
My daughter loves these! They are perfect for when she needs that cold relief for her poor swollen gums. Cutting teeth is hard work, and the other frozen teethers just freeze her tiny fingers and make her mad! This product solves that problem and the different shapes and textures help soothe different areas and give her some variety to make teething more fun.

Beware - Ingested gel
My baby was teething on this when I noticed the tiny freezing gel beads all over his mouth and face. Ill never use these again. Disgusted.

A true disappointment
I bought this in ShopRite for my 4 month old I cleaned it and checked if everything was good before giving it to him and when I noticed there was the jello that’s inside the product all over my baby’s mouth. This product didn’t even last 1 week

Unable to sanitize
Was so excited to use this teether however when I sanitized it they completely melted. Nothing on the package said I was not able to sanitize not to mention it’s a baby product and I would not have bought if I was not able to sanitize it.

Do not buy!!! This item leaks!
Leaks!!! The yellow dye or color from the teether leaked into the silicone holder which makes me wonder what is being ingested by the babies who use this item!!!

Cannot sterilize product
I have bought now a second pair of these because I tried sterilizing by boiling and the second time I used the baby brezza sterilizer thinking that would be safe but both times they melted and morphed. Could I be given a refund or an exchange?

Melted in Sanitizer
I wish I would’ve read reviews prior. I sterilized mine and like the other posters before, the inserts totally melted. The package said it was safe to use steam to sterilize, so I assumed we were in the clear. This is very disappointing as we didn’t even get to use it one single time.
