With a bit over 60 days until you’re due, you might be having trouble catching ZZZs—but don’t worry, you’re not alone. Pregnancy insomnia is a common third-trimester affliction (often brought on by backaches, anxiety and hormones). There are some things you can do, though, to squeeze in a bit more rest before your baby arrives.
