Previous to her freelance career, she was the senior health editor at Glamour, an associate editor at SELF, and held staff positions at The Boston Herald, The Huffington Post, and PEOPLE StyleWatch. She specializes in health, wellness, culture, parenting, fitness, fashion and beauty. She and her husband have three young children and live in southern Connecticut.
