Overview

Description

This handy device can help little ones fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. It’s sleek, compact and easy to operate with a simple, user-friendly interface.

The Duet features 30 sound options including white noise, pink noise, brown noise, fan sounds, nature sounds and eight lullaby tracks. White noise most closely resembles what baby hears in the womb, and it can work like magic to lull little ones to sleep. You can also stream your favorite sleep soundtrack, podcast or music from your smartphone directly to the Duet speaker wirelessly. Another key feature: the soft, dimmable nightlight in amber tones that won’t disrupt sleep cycles.

Play the sound machine continuously or set the auto-off timer with three timer options: 45 minutes, 90 minutes and 8 hours.

Can you turn the Bluetooth capability off?

You can’t manually turn off the Bluetooth, but it automatically shuts off after a few seconds if it's not being used for pairing.

This does not have the deep white noise but it does have two Dohm signature sounds which are very similar.

Not portable
This is a lot smaller than it seems and the light isn't very effective. At least not for what I needed. It is absolutely not portable despite the listed description. I returned it.

Fine speaker but NOT wireless.
This is NOT wireless. It has to be plugged into power source to work. It’s a fine speaker and night light when plugged in but I’m disappointed that It said wireless and it’s not.

Love this sound machine!
The whole family loved this sound machine & night light! So many soothing sounds and songs. We rotate from the white noise to a soft meditation style lullaby but our favorite is definitely the ocean waves! I love that it has a timer, so at night I just set the 8hr timer and know it will be off by morning. I appreciate having the warm glow of the night light as we are “blue light” conscious but I do wish it had levels of intensity, as we could even utilize it at a dimmer brightness because we keep it on a nightstand close to the bed. Overall, an awesome purchase we use daily for our newborn!

Back to sleeping through the night!
Perfect for falling asleep quickly and staying asleep throughout the night! I live in a rural area, but I have tinnitus now, so this helps me focus on my goal of a restful night without distractions, or relying on my phone/apps.

Very happy
Very happy with this. There's a lot of variety of sounds to choose from, and decent range of volume. The night light is gentle, which is perfect. I didn't realize you could connect to your phone, so that's great too. Great for baby and I will absolutely use this long after our baby doesn't need it anymore.

Thankful I purchased
Came across this little gem at a hotel Nashville and purchased before I even left so I could have it when I got home. The number of sound options and quality of each is the best I’ve come across.

Exactly what I was looking for...
A small night light with a Bluetooth speaker. It takes up a tiny portion of the nightstand compared to a lamp I had been using. The sound for music is about what you would expect from a tiny speaker but it is fine for night time use. The white noises were a bonus for me but as it turns out, I use that feature far more than as a connected speaker. It is very well made and the light level is controllable enough to go from a reasonably bright light to a very dim night light. The buttons are a bit small since there are multiple functions controlled by them but I like that the light switch button has a raised dot to locate by feel. I'm glad my search ended with a Duet.

365 days of use and going strong...liked it so much, we added one to baby #2's registry
This was our ideal sound machine, and we have gotten so much use out of it! It is a corded option in regards to power, but we didn't desire an on the go sound machine. The nightlight has been very useful (it also has textured buttons for the sound and light control that make it easier to turn on/adjust in the dark). The sound quality is decent, not something with crazy high sound fidelity but songs played with the bluetooth setting aren't tinny or mutilated. We found that the variety of preset sound/song options were just right to adjust for baby as needed. We have been using it for over a year now with absolutely zero complaints. We actually added another one to our registry for baby #2!

Not just for babies… for travelers too!
I initially discovered this at a hotel in Nashville, had trouble sleeping, turned it on and loved it. I always heard of white noise machines but thought they were for babies, turns out I was wrong. I bought a travel size and this one for my bedroom.
