Doesn’t keep milk cold unless the ice pack is touching milk. Love the design though. Very portable and customer service is awesome

Ice pack keeps breaking
The ice pack busted after 1 week. I had been using one of these for several months and my ice pack broke. I assumed it was something I did so I bought another one. Less than a week later this ice pack also broke. I had been super careful with this one so not sure what the problem is.
