DO NOT BUY! As others have stated, after a short period of time, the front wheels pin housing starts loosening (it's all plastic), which causes the wheels to not rotate and substantially lock up.
Within a few months of owning it, I reached out to customer service and they stated that I needed to lubricate it more. Let me be clear, this is not a lubrication issue. They sent me another set of front wheels, which did nothing. My $100 Amazon travel stroller now rolls smoother than this.…

Perfect smaller stroller
I bought this stroller to be a smaller and easier option for our parents who are starting to watch my daughter and need something light and easy to work with. I’m so happy we got this because it is perfect!!! It opens and closes so easily with one hand and the strap to put it over your shoulder my mom loved so she can carry it and the baby at the same time. We got the Evelyn color and I’m obsessed with it! It is so beautiful. No big trips for us yet but I’m dying to take this on a trip (maybe Disney?!) because this fitting in the overhead of the airplane is unheard of and such a pro.

Bummer
I was gifted this stroller while visiting family on our first travel across the states. Worked well up until the airport where it got locked up and would not collapse whatsoever. No manual release. We couldn’t check it. SUCH A SHAME for a very expensive travel stroller.

Frustrating and disappointing
We bought this for our first kiddo and started using it from birth. When there’s more than a 8-10lb baby in there (so, older baby or newborn + car seat) the front wheels CONSTANLY lock up so you can’t push the stroller. We’re always asking one another to “give me a kick,” aka kick the front wheels so they’re pointing the right directions so we can actually use the stroller. Not for an infant also very uncomfortable
I bought this for my granddaughters birthday , return window was over when I gave it to her . It is not for a child younger than 2 , very uncomfortable and when she is in it it looks lopsided she leans to left . The reviews said large storage and comfortable (the padding is extremely thin )I guess I’ll need to take the loss and sell it . I think the reviews are manipulated.

Don’t do it
I splurged on this stroller for my third baby, especially since I already own several UPPAbaby products that I’ve loved. Unfortunately, this has been a major disappointment. The front wheels frequently lock up and stop rolling, which has made several outings frustrating and difficult.
Customer service first sent replacement wheels, which unfortunately didn’t resolve the issue. After that, they recommended using lubricant regularly and even offered complimentary lube. That’s not a realistic…

Terrible Handling
I got this stroller as a gift and loved it at first but as I continued to use it the handling is terrible. At first I thought it was the weight of baby and bags but even with nothing in the stroller the wheels get stuck and don’t maneuver how they should. I’ve been stuck in doorways and can’t steer straight on a side walk
(which is scary when it’s stuck veering towards the road). I thought I was going to love this stroller but it’s been more of a hassle and worry than convenient and easy.

Great Brand, not my favorite stroller.
LI’ve been an UPPAbaby customer since 2019 when I purchased the Vista for my first child, and I absolutely loved it. It was smooth, reliable, and truly set the bar for what I expected from a stroller. So when I needed something more compact for city living with my second (now a toddler), choosing the UPPAbaby Minu V3 felt like a no-brainer.
Unfortunately, this one hasn’t lived up to that same standard.

it’s okay..
I want to love this stroller, and sometimes I do, but the $500 price tag to me personally doesn’t match the product.
I bought this a month ago and while it is very convenient and lightweight, the ride is veryyy bumpy with terrible wheels and my open/close mechanism is already acting up so it’s a bit disappointing considering the high price.
it’s a great looking stroller, very aesthetic, but not worth $500. would 100% recommend a Zoe stroller over this one- same versatility and convenience with a MUCH smoother ride and more “extras” already included with stroller (bumper bar, etc)

Great travel stroller
We bought this stroller in August 2025 as a back up for weekend getaways with our newborn and it was perfect. We purchased the car seat attachments for easy use as well and love that they folded into the stroller and didn’t have to be unattached each time. We just used this stroller for the first time to travel by plane with our 9 month old and it was great. We love that we could carry it on to the plane and it fit nicely into the overhead compartment. Our daughter was so comfortable in it and it was so easy to fold and pack up into the car and take it out when needed.
