The tush baby is an excellent nursing "pillow" when I'm out and about. Sometimes it feels like the stars have to align in order to get nursing right as a first-time nursing Mom. My son never latched correctly so it was always bottles. I keep this tush baby in my car for every single outing. It's like having a third arm when I need to nurse the baby out in public. I'm able to hold the baby with one hand and cover myself for my own modesty and comfort. It has really changed the breastfeeding game for me while I am out and about! I had to get the body extender because I fall under the size double XL. I'm slightly too large for the original, but it would still clip just that the Velcro strap would not work until I got the extender. I feel more confident using it. It really helps with the front hold or even side football hold while nursing. It gives me freedom. I certainly keep a hand on my baby at all times, but it is so nice to have that easily around me. I also really like the pocket so that I can have a burp cloth easily accessible as soon as she is done. Feeding on the go with the tush baby is a life changer for me!

I’m a pretty big girl and it first me no problem. I think it would definitely be an easier application if I didn’t have the extender, but it works great. Quality is amazing.

I bought this because my baby outgrew his infant car seat much more quickly than expected, and putting him in his stroller everywhere we go is just impractical. I love the convenience of the Tush Baby, and how comfortable it is! My only issue is the Velcro strip. For “larger” people, the exposed Velcro tends to get stuck to clothing underneath the strap and create pulls and pills. But otherwise it’s absolutely a perfect product.
