Glide 2 Jogging Stroller
Overview
Description
Thule’s Glide 2 is a lightweight, high-performance jogging stroller for serious running, built with trusted Thule style, quality and know-how.
The three-wheeled design has large, bicycle-style tires with 18” rear wheels that give you space to stride and a fixed 16” front wheel that provides stability whatever the terrain. The height-adjustable handlebar has a security strap and an integrated twist break—a truly excellent feature for controlling speed when you’re going downhill. All-wheel suspension makes for a smooth ride.
The seat and canopy on this stroller are similar to its sibling, the Urban Glide 2. The medium-size canopy has with an extension, mesh-ventilated sides for air flow, and a peek-a-boo window with a silent magnetic cover. The padded seat reclines with one hand.
Where the Urban Glide 2 has a parent console and a covered cargo basket, the Glide 2 is more pared down, omitting the console and cover in order to shave off precious ounces. It does have an open cargo basket, however, as well as mesh pockets in the stroller seat for your baby’s essentials. Reflective rims and canopy trim give you extra visibility in low light.
The Glide 2 is easy to fold and unfold, though it is not self-standing. The wheels do come off easily with a quick release.

Q&A
Customer reviews
Additionally the sun shade has to always be all the way down when using any accessories, so the child looses most visibility and gets frustrated rather quickly, understandable!
Would never chose this stroller due to its accessories again !!
Upon receiving the stroller, we added the bassinet to our registry and once a friend went to purchase, the link no longer worked and they purchased the bassinet for the urban glide 3.
Once opening this, we quickly realized the bassinet for the glide 3 is not compatible with the glide 2 and that there is no longer a bassinet offered by Thule that's compatible with the urban glide 2.
Customer support told us that we'd be unable to return the bassinet as it was purchased outside the 30 day window. So now we have a bassinet of no use to us, and can't use this stroller as Thule no longer offers a compatible bassinet.
Overall I am very happy with the choice. The Glide folds up really nicely, which is perfect for our small space. It also moves really well, especially if you put some grease on the wheels. There is enough storage for a diaper bag, and the quality of the stroller is excellent. I also like the the larger front wheel can overcome curbs/obstacles more easily than a stroller with a smaller front wheel. Should be good for winter when there are snow piles on sidewalks.
The only drawbacks are that it is harder to tackle turns since the front wheel is fixed, and it’s hard to navigate small spaces. It also took some getting used to. I had trouble with the front wheel pulling to the left when I first assembled the stroller, and it might take a bit of practice to get it on straight. Nonetheless, I would purchase this stroller again.
One limitation is that it's definitely a dedicated running / outdoor stroller. I expect trying to navigate inside a store or any enclosed spaces with it would be very awkward and frustrating.
So, why 4 stars? Mine has developed a slight left steering bias after a few runs. The tire pressure is the same in all wheels so it's probably brake rub or something else that requires a closer look. I didn't expect that on a nearly new stroller.
Knowing this, would I get any other stroller? Probably not. I'd still let this one. I suppose just beware of maintenance.
