Customer Service was Disappointing as the Product
I ordered this dresser right before Christmas. It arrived with two broken parts. I was already frustrated because I ordered this during that time specifically knowing I would be on vacation and would have time to put this together. There is a flyer in the packaging that says. “Rather than returning the product to your retailer, please give our customer care team the opportunity to make things right- it’s faster, easier and entirely free of charge to you”. I went to contact customer service and they were closed for the holidays. I went back and forth about waiting or trying to return the dresser but I’m 8 months pregnant and it is heavy. I didn’t want to make my husband carry the old dresser downstairs and another one upstairs if it’s quick to get the 2 replacement pieces we needed. I ended up contacting them January 3rd the first day they reopened and inquired about replacement parts only to be told by Britany that it would be quicker to return the item to Home Depot and order another as it would be several weeks before they could send the replacement parts. When I mentioned the flyer all she said was they were behind due to the holidays and sorry for the inconvenience. Honestly, it makes me question the quality of their products if they’re that far behind on replacement parts after being closed for a week and a half. I wish they would have posted on their website that the wait would have been that long as being 8 months pregnant every day counts at this point. I could have returned the dresser and almost had a new one by now had they been up front about it. Probably will not be ordering from this company again.

Excellent quality. i'm gonna use it for my baby's clothes. i love it that I don't take too much space and you can put a lot of stuff.

Good dresser for needs
It’s aesthetically pleasing and easy to put together but it is not very sturdy. Good for infant clothing but I plan on getting a new dresser when my son gets older.

Better luck with Ikea
Assembly instructions are not the most clear, so be sure to read through entirely before beginning to put together as the pictures don't always indicate which side of a piece to use. Only one of the four drawers had all pieces line up correctly, so the other three drawers are slightly crooked and require a little extra push to open and close. Feels less sturdy than an IKEA dresser that was half the price
