Description
Veni starts as an infant car seat with an extended rear-facing capacity of up to 50 lbs, converting to forward-facing (up to 65 lbs) when they’re ready. Infant inserts help create a snug fit for newborns.
The super soft Seawool car seat cover is made from recycled polyester, recycled oyster shells and polyester. The cover is also safe to machine wash and dry with no added FR chemicals. Mahogany leatherette accents on the Anti-Rebound Bar enhance the timeless design.
Veni is engineered with trusted safety features. This baby and toddler car seat includes SecureLoc technology, which tightens and cinches the seat belt, while the open and accessible belt paths make installation easy. LATCH connectors attach directly to your vehicle’s lower anchors when installing without the seat belt.
The anti-rebound bar and V-shaped top tether help minimize movement, while the steel frame provides additional stability to help keep little ones safe.
The 5-point harness, car seat shell, and foam padding are designed to help manage crash energy and minimize the force transferred to your child.
Naturally flame-retardant fabrics meet safety requirements without added FR chemicals.
The slim 17” design that helps give you extra space in the car while giving little passengers plenty of room to ride in comfort. It can also be used in aircrafts when installed rear-facing.

Luxury car seat with great features
The car seat has been amazing and our little guy loves it! From unboxing to installation to utilization, the quality, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail are evident every step of the way. First, the packaging was excellent and seemed like great care was taken to keep the seat protected in transit. My kiddo is still using the stair step-shaped box to climb on, too! After reading the instructions, it was clear that installation would be a breeze, and that turned out to be spot on. I liked seeing the recline indicator on both sides. This will translate to easy installation on either side of the car and facing both directions. The anti-rebound bar is a key safety feature that I love! My little guy loves the plush fabric and cushion of the seat, and he seems to have more room than in our previous car seat. He’s really riding in luxurious safety, and that gives me joy and peace of mind. The fact that I can raise the seat back without uninstalling by using the button at the top will come in so handy as he grows, too. I absolutely love being able to store the shoulder straps on the sides in notches and the fact that the neck guards don’t slide down! Getting him in and would only be made easier if the seat swiveled. Overall, we love the Veni Convertible Car Seat! Easy install and most comfortable for kiddos
The Veni Convertible car seat takes all of the perks of our previous car seats and combined them into one. It is the easiest to install for both forward and rear facing and allowed me to do a quick car seat swap. I was so happy to install it in under 10 min and not be frustrated and sweaty. I received the car seat from the Stellar Panel Testing Panel and will be buying a second one. Both of my girls ages 3.5 and 1.5 were very happy to ride it in and my 3.5 year old is fighting for it now saying it’s the most comfortable. The fabric is easy to wipe down and I love the gray on black combo. My favorite part of this seat is that it has incredibly soft fabric for our new born on the way and is easy to adjust for when I need to put my older kids in it.

Loving my Veni Convertible Car Seat
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I had the opportunity to test the Veni Convertible Car Seat with my 19-month-old daughter, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I unboxed it, my overall impression was how beautifully designed, comfortable, and safe this car seat is.

Solid High Quality Car Seat with a Few Quirks
I’ve been using the Veni Convertible Car Seat in rear-facing mode for my 14-month-old, and overall, I really like it! It feels super well made, and the Seawool fabric is really soft and high quality. The design looks sleek, and it seems like a car seat that will last a long time.
What I Like:
- High-quality feel: The materials and fabric feel really nice.
- Easy adjustments: The headrest adjuster is awesome since I don’t have to mess with extra straps as my daughter grows.
- Comfort & fit: She seems really comfortable in it, and getting her in and out is easy thanks to the right amount of strap slack.
What Could Be Better:
- Installation quirks: The directions were clear, but I had to push really hard to lock the seat in. The level indicators say it’s right, but because it sits so close to the vehicle seat, I still question if I did it perfectly.
- Legroom: In rear facing mode, her legs don’t have much space to grow. She’s fine now, but I wonder how long that’ll last.
- Strap release placement: The release latch is smushed against the seat, making it hard to find if you’re not used to it. I worry that in an emergency or if someone else needed to use the seat, they might struggle to unbuckle her quickly.
Even with those cons, I think this is a great car seat—safe, comfy, and easy to use. My favorite part is the headrest adjuster since it makes growing with her a breeze.

Beautiful car seat
I have three kids in car seats and it has been a struggle finding a car seat that is narrow enough to fit but also has all the features I want. This car seat is basically perfect! First, it was extremely easy to install. Basically just open the bottom door, thread seatbelt through the slots and secure the door again (obviously it’s more than that but it’s so easy!!). My number one requirement in a car seat is flame retardant free and this car seat is naturally free of flame retardants. The fabric is so buttery soft and luxurious. I was a little wary with getting white, but it matches my car so perfectly and it’s actually easy to clean. The first day we had the car seat, my older son accidentally got chocolate ice cream on it and I was able to get it off with just a wet washcloth!
My only complaint is that you have to remove the car seat to adjust the recline. I love the no rethread harness; it’s so easy to adjust up and down. The magnetic buckle holders are such an amazing feature to have too.
I didn’t install the cup holders because I don’t have the space and my daughter is too young to use them anyway but they look nice and easy to clean. Also, I didn’t need the infant insert because my daughter is over the weight limit, but it is also so nice!

Perfect seat for ALL kiddos
We are a very large blended family. I currently have 5 kiddos in car seats. The two smallest are almost 15 pounds (previously NICU preemie twins). The largest is 36 pounds & 41 inches tall. This seat comfortably fit all of my kiddos. It is soft & plush which allows the kids to be comfortable. It fits three in a row! Which, for us, is great! I had another large convertible car seat on one side & a high back booster in the center for reference. I did NOT install the cup holders but that was mainly because we don't do drinks in the car & they just become stashing spots for toys, just a personal preference. It also is stylish and modern & looks incredible in the car as a standout piece all on its own. It can also fit well in the third row of our MDX (which isn't always easy to do! its rather small in the third row). It offered a painless, easy install. Romer has a video guide on their youtube channel for those who are better visual learners than the instruction manual provides for. We found the video super helpful & made the install a breeze. My favorite feature of the seat is the EASE at which it can be switched from rear to front facing! The lever to adjust the position with the level on the side that shows you if the seat is adjusted correctly is great! The multiple configurations for securing the seat are also great! Overall, this is a SOLID choice. It has a luxury feel, modern look & locks in super secure. This is a seat I would absolutely spend my money on! I was given this convertible car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Extremely high quality
I'm not one to gush about the look and feel of a product, but I was immediately impressed with this car seat from the moment I opened the box. The Veni Convertible Car Seat looks and feels great, and the Seawool fabric has a definite premium aura to it. The fact that it is naturally flame retardant is a massive plus, as I try to avoid all products with added chemical flame retardants, especially anything that children will be around as much as a car seat.
I have installed many different types of car seats, and this was one of the easier, even for a rear-facing seat. It's easy to adjust the angle of the seat, and it was comfortable for both of my kids (14-month old and a 3.5 year old) with easy/quick adjustments to each. My favorite feature of the car seat is how easy it is to adjust the height of the shoulder straps - for anybody that uses a car seat for different children, this is a gamechanger!
My literal only complaint with the car seat is that the lever to loosen the straps can get pushed up against the car when the car seat is in a rear-facing position. Once you're comfortable locating where everything is by touch, it's not much of an issue, but there is a learning curve there.

Absolutely amazing car seat
Absolutely love this carseat! The Seawool fabrics and materials are so sleek, plush, and soft for my little one. The padding was also very supportive and my little one seemed so cozy and comfortable sitting in the seat. I love that it is nontoxic with no flame retardants. The fact that it is machine washable is a game changer. Kids are messy and car seats are very hard to clean. Having a removable cover definitely helps with keeping the car seat and car clean. Installation was a breeze with the SecureLoc technology that the car seat has. Installing carseats can sometimes be difficult but this technology lets you install it easily with the seatbelt. It has a way to open the car seat to access the belt path for easy installation. The car seat locks the seatbelt in place and allows you to tighten it easily as well. Adjusting the recline was easy as well. The anti rebound bar is also a great safety feature that I love. My favorite feature of the car seat is the size. It fit perfectly in my small crossover vehicle. It is compact front to back and also slim side to side. I was given this convertible car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Sleek stylish and comfortable car seat
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me a Veni Convertible Car Sear in exchange for my honest review! Overall it is a great product! We have one child who rides rear-facing and another who rides forward-facing. Because we typically transport our younger child in both cars we set this up rear-facing.
One of the best things about this carseat was the easy installation process! I've become quite the car seat installer since we had our first and this was certainly the easiest I've ever installed!! Like I mentioned, I installed it rear-facing but I would not hesitate to flip it to forward-facing to transport my older child because it is THAT easy to manage.
It is sleek and certainly looks and feels like it is made from very high quality materials. It came in pretty standard packaging when it was shipped and was easy to unpack and arrange for installation.
Our youngest is quite tall and quickly throws her legs up at the end of the seat without any complaints. Once in the seat she seems comfortable and happy, which also earns the seat a gold star because we went through many many brands before settling on our other car seats. I wish we had found Veni sooner - and now I'll absolutely recommend it to other parents!
The only reason why I didn't rate this seat at 5 stars was because the buckles are a little difficult to manage. My little one is very "go with the flow" and hasn't tried "fighting" the car seat yet (most parents know about the famous car seat battles where toddlers turn into hulk-like starfish to avoid being buckled in) but I can imagine the buckles posing a problem if she does! Once buckled I trust the straps are secure but getting them straight and buckled can be a bit of a challenge. Otherwise it's a really great seat!!!
