Cozy and Convenient
I have been loving this bassinet by Tura! The sustainable seawool fabric is so soft and cozy and comfortable that my little one falls asleep in the bassinet right away when we go for walks. I especially am thankful for the length of this bassinet as my boy is long and growing fast, I know this will work for us for some time. The mesh window allows me to check-in on my boy while we’re out walking and in the summer will provide additional ventilation during the warmer months. I especially love that the full-coverage canopy provides safe, healthy sun protection, which is perfect for when outside. I received the as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

My baby loves it
We adore the plushness and practicality of this Romer Sera Bassinet. My infant fell asleep as soon as I laid her down! She instantly relaxed and seemed to enjoy the comfortable materials. As she will clearly sleep during walks, I love the quiet open/close feature of the magnetic window. The breathable mesh sides give me peace of mind as my little one runs warm. This bassinet has a lot more room length wise than others we have tried. The protective canopy is perfect for sensitive skin and the removable foot cover allows us to customize our baby’s experience based on the weather. Aside from the zipper quality, there is nothing I would change. I wish they made these for adults! Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing this to us.

Bassinet review
I was given this bassinet to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was annoyed with this product from the second I unboxed it. There is assembly required with the bassinet and although it doesn’t seem like a lot - it is when you are doing it with a baby around. The instructions were good so that was helpful but for an item of this caliber of luxury I would have expected to just click it into the stroller and be on my way. The bassinet itself seemed comfy - the mattress was padded and soft. It was pretty big which was good for my long baby. What really set me off and made me not like this bassinet was the zippers they used. They felt so cheap and constantly got stuck and jammed into the fabric. Trying to get my baby out quickly was impossible and always resulted in him crying because l couldn’t tend to his needs quickly as I was busy trying to fidget with a cheap stuck zipper!! I would not recommend this product at all!

This bassinet is a must
I was given this bassinet to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Let me start by saying that I have 4 kids and have never had a bassinet attachment for a stroller before. But wow, I wish I had one sooner. Having a bassinet attachment makes being on the go so much more convenient for parents and comfortable for babies.
When I say my baby instantly falls asleep when we use the bassinet, I mean it. There is a super soft and comfortable mattress for baby to lay on that’s made of seawool fabric, which is both innovative and sustainable by using items like recycled oyster shells and recycled polyester. Not to mention that the mattress and the liner can be machine washed and dried which is a huge plus. I got the “Pearl” color and the exterior is a charcoal heathered gray with mahogany accents and matches the stroller so perfectly! The UPF 50+ canopy and flip-down visor provides tons of shade for little babe and it’s very well ventilated. I live in a warm climate so this is crucial to have that mesh ventilation.
I love that the bassinet can accommodate long babies and up to 20 lbs, without making it too bulky or heavy to lift. It’s extremely easy to lift and connect the bassinet to the stroller (no adapter needed) and easily remove it from the stroller.
The bassinet features luxury and comfort. We have used it on the go while out shopping, on walks, and while at the park. I love that I can hold and comfort baby and get her sleepy and lay her down for a cozy nap in the bassinet while I push her around and watch my other 3 kids play on the playground.
Love this bassinet and definitely recommend!

Lovely and LONG bassinet
This bassinet is gorgeous and LONG. I am a big fan of the length and weight limit of 20lbs because I can still put one of my 6.5m twins in it and baby wear the other one. Babies are about 16lbs and pretty gangly and they still fit great. They don’t go up on hands and knees quite yet, so I’m excited to get some decent use out of this, probably through 7 months.
I haven’t used the vented back since I’m using this when it’s cold out but the zipper is high quality and the mesh feels strong.
I also have used this as a convenient baby container in my house—just plop them in there with some toys and I can have a few minutes to get things done.
The fabrics are beautiful and look expensive. I definitely feel fancy rolling this around.
Thanks very much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bassinet to test. It has actually made my life easier!

Great Addition to your stroller
I love strollers that have bassinet options. Stroller bassinets are the best for those beginning months when you want to get out of the house but let the baby lay flat and sleep safely on the go. On the Sera bassinet I love the detachable foot cover, it is perfect for the winter to keep baby safe and warm. The fabric is plush and luxurious made from a sustainable Seawool. This fabric naturally helps to keep baby comfortable temperature wise year round and is naturally flame retardant free. My favorite feature of this bassinet is the breathability. Not only does the canopy have a mesh opening for ventilation, the bottom of the bassinet also unzips to relieve another large mesh opening, which will be perfect for helping to keep baby cool and maximizing airflow. My only issue with this bassinet is that the zipper pull for the foot cover isn’t smooth and can be hard to get zipped up. The zipper appears to be wavy causing the trouble with zippering. Other than that, it is a fantastic bassinet not only for using on your stroller for walks but also around the house as a safe space for baby to rest. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bassinet.

Second Time Mom Approved
If you have a young baby or are expecting, you should absolutely consider the Romer Sera bassinet accessory for your Romer Tura stroller. Babies who cannot sit up unassisted need to lie flat in a stroller, and without a bassinet, most strollers will not give you the option for your baby to safely lie flat enough. The Romer Sera bassinet makes it easy and comfortable to stroll with your baby from day one and beyond!
I was given this bassinet to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, however, this is something I would have purchased on my own anyway. As a second time mom and mother to a baby and a two-year-old, I’ve had an opportunity to test various methods of walking with a baby including many strollers and baby carriers. This was my first experience with a bassinet attachment for a stroller, and I was so excited to take my baby on walks!
What I love:
- There is something special and beautiful about the aesthetic of walking your baby in a pram. It looks great and gives your baby an opportunity to take in the beautiful scenery above.
⁃ It’s ergonomically appropriate for young babies. Many (if not most) strollers do not lie flat and are not suitable for babies who cannot sit up on unassisted. A bassinet attachment is a must if you want to stroll with your little baby. It’s also much better for them ergonomically then travel systems that use a car seat as since a bassinet allows them to move freely. If you are looking to minimize “container” time for your baby, you will absolutely want a bassinet attachment for the first six months!
⁃ It fits seamlessly on the Romer Aura stroller. I was able to clip it into the stroller frame easily myself, and it’s lightweight enough to take on/off with minimal effort.
⁃ The UPF 50 canopy is much appreciated for keeping baby shaded, and it has an adjustable visor which is very helpful. My family is serious about sun protection, so this feature is a must!
⁃ The fabrics and construction feel durable and well made. The attached foot cover helps keep baby warm in the colder months. We live in the upper Midwest, so this feature is also a must for winter walks!
What could be improved:
⁃ This is not necessarily an issue with the bassinet itself, but something to be mindful of - if your baby is on the larger side, they may outgrow this quickly. My baby is 5 months old and in the 85th percentile for both length and weight, and she is nearly too big for the bassinet (although cannot yet sit up on her own). She seems comfortable for now, and had enough space, but I do think she will be too big to fit comfortable in a short amount of time. If your baby is on the smaller side, you may get to use the bassinet beyond 6 months.
⁃ The bassinet mattress is on the thin side and not the plushest material. This is not a big issue as we just used blankets to make it cozier inside.
⁃ While the canopy is a wonderful feature, I do wish it extended even further. Depending on the angel of the sun, there are many times when the coverage just isn’t quite enough to protect baby’s face. This can be solved by clipping a lightweight blanket to the canopy to provide further shade, but it would be nice if it had another panel built in to extend even further.
If you are considering purchasing the Romer Sera bassinet, I absolutely encourage you to do so - you won’t regret it as you are crushing in style and comfort with your little one!

Sera Bassinet
My first bassinet I’ve ever owned and it makes me wish I had gotten one sooner for my ollero children when they were babies! I love the airflow on this bassinet and the fact that it’s spacious enough for my 7 month old to sleep comfortably. I only used it attached to the stroller but if she was younger, and still transferred while sleeping without waking, I can easily see how this could’ve been used in my bedroom as well. The design is very chic, the bronze colored zipper is a little hard to unzip but the other zippers slide smoothly. We received this bassinet as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I’m very glad we did because now if I have another child I will know how handy a stroller bassinet can be. There is an attached foot cover that uses that bronze zipper I mentioned. I live in a warm climate so it wasn’t necessary but I can see if I had taken her on a nighttime walk or during cooler weather how it would’ve added extra warmth. It sure looks cute with it on.

Stylish and functional
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bassinet. I immediately loved the woven details of this bassinet. It fits the classic, luxe design of the Romer Tura stroller for a timeless duo! The Sera bassinet can be used on its own with the feet or attached to the Tura stroller with a simple click, no extra attachments to keep track of (and all the parents said amen)! Our little guy typically doesn’t love laying on his back, but he sure seemed comfortable in the Sera bassinet; the length was plenty roomy for his long legs. As a mom, I loved being able to face him out, which he prefers, while still being able to do safety checks with the canopy’s sleek magnetic closure. The mattress was super easy to throw in the wash after inevitable spit up messes, too. The foot cover was a nice added feature during colder days, as it seemed to give our little guy some added warmth and comfort. We did find the zipper for the foot cover to be a little finicky, but overall not a big deal and still easy and efficient to put on and take off. I wish we had this bassinet in his early newborn days!

The Bassinet of my Dreams
I was given this bassinet to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I highly recommend this bassinet because it is made with high quality material, is fashionable, it is safe, comfortable for my infant, and very user friendly. The design is very modern and looks/feels high end with the quality sustainable fabric and leather. The inside liner is breathable and the mattress of the bassinet is also a high quality soft material made with the comfort and safety of an infant in mind. I like that I can take the mattress cover on and off for washing. The look, feel and color of the fabric is very nice- it will hold up very well with time and weather changes. My favorite feature is the breathable mesh window that I can open on a nice weather day and that the shade on the bassinet is customizable. The bassinet was very simple to assemble with zippers and easy to follow instructions. The bassinet is lightweight and is easily installed into the stroller with a snap, clicking into both the left and right side. I like that I can take the bassinet foot cover on and off easily by zipper; as needed with the weather. My infant enjoys laying inside the bassinet so comfortably in both rain and shine! As a mother having always wanted a bassinet stroller with my first child, I now have the best of the best- bassinet of my dreams with my second child and for that I am blessed and thank Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bassinet.
