Like the individually wrapped concept.
I’ve been taking the Preconception pack for about 2 weeks now. I’m not pregnant yet so I can’t say anything about the smell being unbearable, like other reviews have mentioned, but I haven’t really noticed a weird smell. They just smell like vitamins to me. A little earthy. I’ll have to wait and see if that changes.

Loved the concept behind these vitamins but it feels like they didn’t fully consider who will be taking them. The smell and taste of them were so strong that it was impossible for me to get or keep them down.

Not for me
I liked the preconception pack, had exactly what the doctor prescribed. However once pregnant I could not stand the smell/after taste. It made morning sickness much worse so I had to switch to another brand. Great concept but awful smell :(

Great vitamin, horrendous smell/taste
I wanted to love these... and although I appreciate the science behind the company and having exactly what you and your baby need for each trimester in a grab and go pack, the smell of these vitamins are pungent and overwhelming. I reached out to the company about it and they told me it helps to keep the vitamins in the freezer for at least 30 mins before taking them to help reduce the smell/taste- but I have a busy schedule and that just not possible. The moment you open the packet and put the pills in your mouth the smell (and ultimately taste) hits you like a brick wall. I barely made it through my first subscription box before I had to cancel to order and switch to another brand.

Makes taking a supplement enjoyable and easy
I typically don’t take supplements but felt that I really needed to after giving birth took a lot out of me. I like how thoughtfully each vitamin phase is assembled based on what your body needs, and the elegant packets make it easy to take them all. You can throw in your bag and go if you need to. The odor is pretty strong but then I realized it probably means the ingredients are really fresh and potent. It’s become an enjoyable self-care ritual that I hope to continue.
