It is! This changing pad is made of EVA material so it's easy to clean.
This changing pad isn't cold to the touch. It's sloped to help cradle your little one and prevent fluids frp, flowing over. But fluids don't flow down towards the feet.
The changing pad has non-slip feet to keep it in place. It does not attach to the dresser.
The straps can be unbuckled and moved out of the way, but the straps are not removable and cannot be detached from the pad itself.
