It’s easy to install with one set of simple instructions for all three modes. The recline angle guides clearly confirm the correct riding angle without bubble indicators. True tension doors also ensure a secure fit.
Removable merino wool body and head inserts help keep baby properly positioned. When it’s time for booster mode, the no-rethread five-point harness stores inside the seat.
Parents appreciate the peace of mind that comes with Nuna’s safety. The Exec has energy-absorbing foam and side impact protection pods that take security to the next level. The all-steel frame and reinforced belt path also provide superior protection. The Seat has an adjustable anti-rebound panel and leg rest combination for extended rear-facing comfort (and additional leg room forward-facing).
One thing that sets the Exec apart: children can remain in the safer rear-facing position up to a 50 lbs. The stages are

Forward facing
- With seat belt: 30-65 lbs
- With lower anchor belt: 25-40 lbs and 49” or less (2 years+)
Belt positioning booster
- For 40-110 lbs and 38”-57” (4 years+)
From fabric to foam, each element of the Exec has been smartly sourced to be flame resistant without any added fire retardant chemicals. It goes one step further with Greenguard Gold certification—meaning it’s proven to meet some of the world’s most rigorous third-party chemical emissions standards, helping to reduce indoor air pollution and the risk of chemical exposure.
The Exec comes with lots of extras that boost comfort and convenience like dual flip-open cup holders, harness covers and a crotch cover (protects baby’s skin when buckling), a machine washable leg rest slipcover, Merino wool body and head inserts and an additional GOTS-certified organic cotton insert. Ventilation panels within the shell and breathable knit fabric add to the comfort too.

Here's a synopsis:
The RAVA™ car seat is our most popular car seat in our car seat line. The RAVA™ includes 10 headrest positions, 10 recline positions (5 rear facing and 5 forward facing), a one-position calf support that provides a 2-inch extendable leg rest, and harness buckle keepers on each side that hold the harness straps.
The EXEC™ offers 12 head rest positions, 8 recline angles (4 rear facing and 4 forward facing), a 2.5 inch extendable leg rest, an anti-rebound panel, and magnetic harness keeper to hold the harness straps. The EXEC™ also comes with a merino wool infant insert, a quilted leg rest slip cover, and an additional GOTS™ certified organic cotton infant insert and harness covers.
We would recommend measuring the space of your car with the front seats adjusted to where you'd like and comparing it to the measurements of the EXEC for the most accurate fit: : 33” (H) x 18.5” (W) x 22.5” (D).
The Nuna EXEC does not have a base. It does come with all items needed to use from 5lbs.
This will not work with the PIPA base. Since it's a convertible car seat, it's meant to stay in your car to grow with baby.
This convertible car seat doesn't rotate.
The insert, the rest leg cover, and the seat fabric are all machine washable.
As a convertible car seat, this product is designed to remain installed inside the vehicle and is not compatible with any strollers.
