Description

This video baby monitor lets you watch real-time video of your baby so you know they are safe and sound. Choose the option with one camera or two cameras (two allows you to see two babies or rooms at the same time on a split screen).

The portable parent unit has a 5” color screen with clear image and a 1,000 ft range so you can carry it around your home. It also displays the temperature in your baby’s room, so you’ll know if it’s too hot or too cold.

Features include remote pan, tilt and zoom with a high-sensitivity microphone and infrared night vision so you can see and hear baby day and night. Both the camera and monitor are rechargeable, and the set has a two-way communication feature, so you can use it to talk with your partner or child.

Super Zoomed
Video is really zoomed in, so even mounted on the ceiling you have to scroll to see the full crib. Also clunky to wall mount. It’s straight forward and works fine, though. Maybe skip it and buy something with better reviews

Can’t see full crib even when mounted high. Would not recommend.
I’ve always heard great things about Motorola monitors but I would not recommend this one. Overall the functionality is ok, but my biggest complaint is how zoomed in the video is. We have normal ceilings around 8 feet tall and our cameras (we have twins so we have 2 cameras) are just inches away from the ceiling and even that high, you still cannot see the full crib at one time. It’s fine when they’re little and don’t move around but once your baby starts rolling and moving, you constantly have to adjust the camera to see where they are. I would must prefer one that you can see the full crib in the lens and zoom in if you need to. I’ve checked the settings and they are zoomed out as far as possible. In addition to this, our twins just turned a year and the monitor screen just pooped out on us this morning. It was working fine (and has been for the last 13 months). All of a sudden I unplugged it after charging this morning and went to turn it off- the screen is black but the blue charging light is staying on. It’s now frozen and has been for hours. I plan to contact Motorola for a replacement, but regardless, I would still give this 2 stars for the fact that the camera is automatically zoomed in and can’t see full crib even mounted high up.

Do not buy!
Horrible monitor. The first one broke. The second one is on its way out after just a couple months of use. The sound is terrible and only turns on if the baby is screaming. We are trying to find a better one to get.

Hunk of Junk
Picture quality is AWFUL. You can’t even make out your babies face. The camera is always way too zoomed in even on the furthest out setting. Battery life is not the greatest on monitor either. Much better options out there than this hunk of junk.

Waste of money
Used for 3 months and just stopped working. Will not reset, followed a YouTube tutorial and camera will not come back on.

Pixelated picture quality and monitor couldn’t hold a charge without being plugged in 6 months after opening the product.

Why is it SO zoomed in? Even on it’s lowest zoom it’s still too zoomed to see even half the crib from anywhere I place it. Threw the packaging away otherwise I’d return it. Now I just have to buy a whole new system. Doesn’t make any sense

Dont Buy!
I'm sorry but I absolutely hate this baby monitor. The picture quality is so bad.. I can barely make out my child on the screen. I also feel like the settings are limited.. I ended up only using this for the sound and when I heard my baby wake up I would just go running to the room. I cant believe the price for how bad the picture quality is. I suppose it is possible that I maybe got a dud camera/monitor but I dont know, just sharing my experience as I would hate for someone to spend this much money and something that doesn't work.

Horrendous Video Quality
As mentioned by others, the camera is zoomed in WAY too far.
But beyond that, the video quality is absolutely horrendous. This is nearly $200 and the video quality isn’t even worth $20. It’s embarrassing.
