How to I know what size to pick?
Your flange size should be 3-5mm larger than your nipple diameter.

Saved our breastfeeding journey!
These saved our bf journey, the pain from sore cracked nipples was so bad I wanted to stop bf but I decided to try these and Im so glad I did! Get them just make sure you get the right size.

Great shield, difficult case
The shields are made great. They are on the thicker side, but my baby doesnt mind. They have a cutout so the babys nose has room and they stay on well. I love that this is a set of two, because you want a clean shield at all times.
The one star was removed because the case is a little difficult. Sometimes when my baby is crying and Im trying to quickly pop a shield out, I wont be able to open the case. I sometimes have to use two hands to get it open.
