Overview

Description

An adorable bear suit complete with ears will keep your little one snuggly from head to toe in cold weather. The pram goes on over your baby’s clothes when you are headed out on a chilly day.

The outside is made of Sherpa fleece, while the inside is fully lined with soft, 100% combed cotton. Built-in mittens provide extra warmth, and a magnetic closure at the top (instead of a button) makes it easier to bundle up.

Note: this is a very warm suit for use in the cold months and may not be the right choice if you live in a warmer climate.

4 Questions
What is the coldest temperature this will work for?

This fleece pram is designed for temperatures above freezing.

What is the size/weight for newborn vs 0-3?

The Newborn size is babies who are between 5-8 pounds and up to 21 inches tall, while size 0-3 is for little ones who are 8-12 pounds and 21.5-23 inches tall.

What temperature range is this designed to be worn in? Would it be too warm for temperatures in the low 50s?

This Fleece Pram suit can be worn at different temperatures, depending on how many layers are worn underneath the suit. If you are in 50 degree weather you may only want to put one light layer underneath the suit.

Does this go under or overtop of a carseat?

This item is not designed to be used while baby is in a car seat. The material is very thick and can prevent the car seat straps from being properly tightened. If you are wanting something to keep baby warm in their infant car seat, you may want to look at a car seat cover that goes over the entire top of the car seat like this one: https://www.babylist.com/gp/skip-hop-stroll-go-car-seat-cover/13500/21149

Awkward and tough to put on baby
Maybe will only “force”my baby into this once cause that’s what up end up doing to get their legs in since the buttons stop at the end of torso and then the sizing is so off that the torso is short.

Poor sizing, short torso and extra long arms and legs
Poor sizing, wish I looked at reviews before purchasing, our newborn at 6lbs could barely fit into this as the torso on this is very short, the arms and legs however are incredibly long. Now at 8lbs he can’t fit into it at all and looking at the arms and legs it would still be too long on him anyway. I’m pretty crafty so will probably cut it and sew it into a 2 piece set, but really annoyed for $50 he never got to use it as is and will have to make time to alter it to fit.

Cute but bad sizing
Very cute but proportions are off. Arms and legs are too long torso is too short for my 7week old.

The fit is terribly thought out
I was really disappointed in this bunting. It's adorable and warm, which was what we wanted. But the measurements don't work - the torso is far too short for the limbs of the outfit. When our baby was finally big enough to fit into it, his torso was too long but his arms and legs had inches of room left. Such a small torso made it difficult to get him into the outfit, and the shoulders were too tight and pressed down on his shoulders which looked very uncomfortable. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it is warm and cute, but it really is poorly designed.

Perfect for Warmth
It is perfect for bundling your baby in chilly weather. She gets so many compliments in it! It’s more of a wearable blanket/ sweater, not meant to be super functional.

Cute but not very functional: strange fit and difficult to get on and off due to high friction inner lining material and the leg openings not going down far enough which completely canceled out any benefits of the fancy magnetic “buttons.” I ended up getting a similar looking, cheaper and much more functional bear suit from Target and was MUCH happier with it.

Semi-functional
This pram fleece is very cute and warm however, the fit is odd (hard to get arms and legs in and out as a result) and it seems to run small. It only fit my child until she was about 2 months old.
