I purchased the warmer from your official website on April 2023 and the unit is not working on Aug 2023 , the water is not rising . I have follow the instruction to troubleshoot but it is still not working and I get a replacement unit from Kiinde. unfortunately this second unit also having the same problem after few days . I love the product but unfortunately it has failed me twice within a year .
