Got a 3-6 mo size. I couldn't get the arms onto my large 6 week old they were so narrow. They might have been wide enough for a preemies arms. The rest was cut how you would expect, so it was definitely a patterning issue and not mislabeled. I returned it. Also, the fabric was not as expected- it felt like more standard decent cotton than a particularly soft lyocell blend.
