The changing tray fits a 31” x 16” pad and the Naturepedic Organic Cotton Changing Pad measures 16.5" x 31.5" so it'll be just a bit too big.
The smaller compartment measures about 4.5 inches in height and 14.75 inches in depth.
The inside of the drawers are around 4.5 inches in height.
For safety, the drawers don't open all the way.
This dresser does include the changing tray which fits a 31” x 16” pad.
The dimensions of the changing tray are 38.75" x 17.75".
The dresser accommodates a standard-size contoured changing pad but might be a bit tight for a Keekaroo Peanut Changing Pad.
It sure is removable.
