Does it have slits for the straps?
They do! These have little slits in the sides for safety straps to fit through.
Is this compatible with DaVinci Fairway Crib?
This is intended for changing pads and will be too small for the mattress needed for the Fairway crib.

Love this cover! It’s great for taking pictures of your baby and can go in the wash. I ended up buying two because they’re so nice

Functions well but could be a little bigger
Super cute. I actually like that it's absorbent so if baby spits up on the changing pad, they're not rolling around in it like with other thinner changing pad covers. However, it barely fits over the changing pad. (I have a standard 16" by 32" pad and it doesn't even come all the way down the sides to go underneath.) This doesn't affect functionality, but it just doesn't look as nice as i had hoped for the price.
