I would have given a higher rating for functionality, but this is the most temperamental thing to take down. I am, admittedly, not the most adept at setting up strollers, car seats, etc., but even my daughter says this particular pack and play is a real pain in the butt. There always seems to be something that prevents it from seamlessly folding up, even when all the sides are down and the bottom is unlocked.
It should not be that hard.

A not hard to assemble
Took a while to figure out how to get the sides collapsed down fully and in the proper position. You have to make sure a part underneath the mat is turned a certain way to unlock it. A bit complicated, but that’s usually with everything that folds up and out.

Simple and compact
We have a much larger play yard and we love having a smaller one for travel. It fits well in the back of my Honda and it is perfect for our large one year old to sleep in. It is one of the easiest play yards to set up and close that i have ever had in the last 10 years

Great for Babies and Toddlers!
This play yard is perfect for babies to have a safe place to sleep and toddlers to have a safe place to play! It’s easy to transport and I love the gender neutral design and colors. Great gift for an expecting mother!

Easy and great for travel!
This play yard has been a life saver as we travel a lot. It is compact to store but quick and easy to put together whether we are visiting family, camping in the trailer or having people visit our home! My one year old son sleeps well in it and it keeps him safe through the night.

Sturdy and compact
This Nursery Center Portable Playard has completely changed how my family and I interact with our little one! Assembly was quick and easy to set up. It is well-built and sturdy; I do not have any concerns or worried about it’s safety or durability. My mind is at ease to let my kiddo to hang out, nap, and play in. I love how easy it is to fold down and move to another room as needed. It is also easy to clean as you can just wipe down. Overall, this is a good product that I would recommend!

Nice play yard, a bit of a learning curve
My wife and I have a 6 month old baby right now and we like to day travel, so having a portable play yard is really important to us. The unpacking is simple, and the set up is just as easy. My difficulty with this play yard was the break down. The pop up handle has to be twisted really hard, to the point where I feel like I'm going to break it. Once you get past that feeling though, it's easy to set up and tear down. We will definitely continue using it on our trips.

Very compact!
This nursery play yard is perfect for taking baby on the go and not having to hold it or maybe just want to let him or her take a nap. The colors are gender neutral. It is super easy to set up the taking down is a little more difficult but I read the instructions so I understood what needed to be done unlike my wife.

Portability!
This is an awesome playard that we love to take wherever we go. It is very easily folded together to take with you on trips. Our little one enjoys spending time in it with his toys. Having two wheels on one side, make it easy movable to anywhere at your house. Very cool feature. Overall, it is a neat product that is a must have if you have a toddler.

New portable playerd
Wow! I love this so much! It makes life a lot easier. I can easily put this up by myself and take it down. It is so nice to have when I need to do things around the house. It's great for nap time and my little one loves it! I love that the wheels have a locking mechanism so it will stay in place. The mat is such a good quality too! It's not thin and cheaply made. There is good cushion to it. It's so easy to spot clean if something gets on it. I 100% recommend! It's also great to have for those trips to grandma's house! Baby has a safe space and I don't have to worry! Thank you very much again I recommend to all parents out there!!!
