While the shusher js awesome, you can only have it on for 15 or 30 minutes as a time. There’s another brand, Firefly, where it can play longer or continuously. This would be much more helpful for nights- so I am replacing mine with the other brand.
And, my shusher stopped working after a few weeks.

Great Affordable Sound Machine
Highly recommend! I didn’t think we needed something like this so I didn’t add it to my registry but I received one and it was magic! If you don’t want to spend money on a sound machine this is a great option! It helped tremendously with calming our son down at night, especially in the first three weeks!

Must-have for the early months!
Our friends swore by this little noise machine, and we quickly understood why when we realized just how much shushing it takes to soothe a baby in the first month or two. This saved our sanity! Unfortunately, it doesn't have a lot of longevity---if it falls, it can break... or it can just peter out and stop working. But by the time ours started to stutter, we no longer needed it.

Get it right now
This is the single best thing we ever bought for our baby. He’s now 15 months and five minutes of this and he’s out like a light. You never realize how much shushing the baby wears you out and starts to put you to sleep. The shusher made life so much easier to get him to sleep and save some of our very limited energy.

Doesn’t work :( there is some unusual noise from inside like something broken. Battery change doesn’t resolve the problem.
