Overview

Description

Made of organic bamboo and food-grade silicone, this eco-chic set is thoughtfully designed on every level. Organic bamboo is a material with low environmental impact. Technically a grass, it’s naturally resistant to mold and mildew and stronger than most hardwoods. Silicone in a rainbow of modern colors provides beautiful accents, which are also soft enough to chew on as teethers.

The set comes with a plate and bowl, each with a matching spoon, and five additional spoons. To use the suction bowl and plate, place them so the easy-release tab faces away from your little one. Activate the Airtight-Lock mechanism by pressing onto a flat surface until you hear all the air come out. To release, pull the release tab—the suction piece pops right off.

Avanchy products are not microwaveable. The bamboo dishes should be washed by hand immediately after use while the silicone rings are dishwasher-safe.

Molded even though we were very careful
I love the utensils and dishes in this set and recognized the need for extra care because of the material. We have never let liquid sit in the dishes and always did our best to clean and dry them directly after use. However, with an impatient baby that is difficult. The plate molded significantly and now has to be thrown away. Way too expensive for just a few months of use.

Only plate that sticks to Tripp Trapp high chair
Great quality bamboo. Great suction. This is the only set that sticks to the Stokke tripp trapp high chair. the EZPZ ones do not stick !

Good quality
Good quality. I love that the suction on the plate is removable. I didn't pay attention to the dimensions of the plate though. If I could go back, I would've just purchased the toddler plate because the baby plate is extremely small and my 1 year old will grow out of it very soon.

Quality that will last!
Trying to get away from using cheap silicone and plastic products, and I’m absolutely loving the beauty and the quality on these plates! I’ve been using their flatware for years, and it’s worth every penny!!

Great for baby and toddler.

Excellent quality
The Avanchy plates & dishes are beautifully crafted and pretty to look at-the spoons are same excellent quality. I plan to add a few pieces -I like them way better than plastic plates and bowls.

Still use this 1 year later
I received this as a gift and came back for more! It’s the only plate with use for my 2.5 year old and the best spoon for scooping with his small hands!

Great quality
I wasn't interested in purchasing silicone plates for my baby but rather something that looked more like an actual plate / bowl. This was the perfect choice. All the pieces are well made, beautiful and functional.

Beautifully crafted!
Although this is less expensive baby dishes than Avanchy, I can confirm after looking at all of them, this set is worth the investment. It is beautiful, sturdy and functional, plus it can grow with my child's needs. The only thing that would make this product better is if it was machine washable, but they are so small it barely takes any time to wash by hand.
