Q&A

No
This only has a ceramic filter that needs to be cleaned every 250 gallons.
It is! This has an ultrasonic cool mist with three mist levels.
A humidifier can actually control condensation. But if excess condensation happens, it might be because the humidifier is turned up too high.
You can definitely connect multiple humidifiers to the app. It's convenient to manage them all from one place.
This is a humidifier and it doesn't work as an air purifier.
Absolutely! This has a built-in aromatherapy tray (scent pads and oils sold separately) to enhance your child’s calming sleep atmosphere.
It does! This humidifier has color-changing lights that illuminate the base
How often you'll need to clean the humidifier depends on a couple of factors. If you use filtered or distilled water and only run the humidifier a few nights a week, you might not have to clean it as often. But if you're using tap water and running it every night, it might need more frequent cleaning. Just keep an eye on it and follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and maintenance to make sure it stays in good shape.

Recurring issues: EF error - I continue to get errors about water level (even though the water is never at the level that it is saying is erroring out). It will tell me its too high, but it's below the max fill line. It will tell me it's too low, but I just filled it and it's almost to the max fill line.
It will randomly dump water into the lower base after I fill it, causing me to have to dump the base and refill again. It will cycle through this repeatedly which is exhausting and frustrating, especially when I'm just trying to fill it for my baby's bedtime.
It will randomly leak all the water out the bottom - which could cause damage to our floors, rugs, etc.
When it does work, I love the night mode and the automated settings. The look is nice and sleek too. It is nice to be able to control from my phone, so I can turn it on if out-of-town and Grandma forgets to.
