Why I Love It: The 2-in-1 Rotating Car Seat Kayla Kosuga Got for Her Crew

Is there a baby product you’re absolutely obsessed with? Or something from your registry that you didn’t think you even needed—but now can't stop telling everyone about? We're talking to real parents about the baby gear they just can’t live without, from $20 snot suckers to $300 breathable crib mattresses and everything in between.
Why did she get it?
Going from two kids to three can mean a lot of pre-baby planning, from figuring out a new bedroom setup to managing travel with a trio in tow. This is where momfluencer and YouTuber Kayla Kosuga found herself, with her third on the way (she already has two daughters, 4 and 2) and doctor's orders to go on bed rest.
Having her husband tackle some of their to-dos made going from nesting mode to resting mode a little easier, especially when it came to installing their new Graco EasyTurn 360 2-in-1 Convertible car seat. It’s a rotating option—a detail that was high on Kosuga’s must-have list.
“I only use rotating,” she said. “When I had my first baby, we had a smaller car, so it was always hard to get her in and out…instead of bending down trying to reach in the middle seat, it was a lot easier having a rotating car seat.”
When it came to the install, she said the EasyTurn 360 2-in-1 was “simple and easy,” and only took her husband a few minutes to set up correctly.
“The installation process had user-friendly features to save time, ensure a safe fit and minimize installation errors,” she said. And since the car seat comes with a built-in indicator that goes from red to green, she had a little extra peace of mind knowing the seat was securely rotated into place.
Why does she love it?
Even though Kosuga is no stranger to rotating car seats, the EasyTurn 360 quickly became her favorite—here’s why:
Slim design: Even though they’ve upgraded to an SUV since their first baby, three car seats can take up a lot of room, and having enough space was a concern of hers. “We're planning on putting [the girls] in the back, so I love that it's actually a slim toddler seat.”
One-hand turn: Her previous rotating car seat needed two hands to activate the turn, which made getting out of the car with two kids tricky. “I'm holding one and then trying to turn the other one, so I would have to put her down to turn it,” she said. This isn’t the case with the EasyTurn 360 2-in-1—she could smoothly rotate the seat to her with one hand and hold her kiddo with the other.
Infant- & kid-friendly: While her baby boy was the reason her family got a new car seat, Kaysuga wanted to see how well it’d work for her older kids, too. “My oldest loved that she had more of an ease of entry to climb in and out of the car seat, giving her a sense of independence,” she said. “And my youngest was very comfy, especially with the adjustable recline feature.”
Who would she recommend it to?
Since the Graco EasyTurn 360 2-in-1 is a true convertible that can go from baby’s first rides to toddler & big-kid adventures (it supports up to 40 pounds in rear-facing mode and 65 pounds in forward-facing mode), it proved to be a car seat Kaysuga could comfortably use for her whole crew.
“I would recommend this to expecting parents & families that are growing, as your little ones can grow with the car seat and you can use it for future kiddos,” she said. “The 360° turn feature makes taking the kids out smooth with easy access, but it’s even better that you can do it with just one hand. I find that to be super helpful, especially for a growing family like ours.”
