Breastmilk Baby Bottle

Made for breastmilk, the Nanobébé bottle’s unique profile is designed for more efficient cooling and heating, preserving precious nutrients for your baby. The breast-like shape also helps babies go between bottle and breast more easily.

Bacteria in food multiplies more quickly at room temperature, so it’s helpful to cool breast milk as quickly as possible. The indentation in the back of the Nanobébé bottle spreads milk out in a thinner layer than a typical bottle, allowing for faster cooling. The milk’s immunological properties go toward your baby’s nutrition instead of fighting bacterial growth.

Similarly, the thin layer of milk also heats up more quickly, so you can warm it up quickly without overheating and destroying nutrients. Breast milk in a Nanobébé heats up and cools down at least two times faster than standard bottles. (Note that you can’t use a Nanobébé bottle with a standard bottle warmer, and when warming, you need to make sure the heating water doesn’t rise above the level of the nipple ring. Use the bottle with the Nanobébé warmer or heat it up in a bowl of water.)

More good news for pumping moms: you can express directly into a Nanobébé bottle. A cap and a breast pump adaptor are included with each bottle. The dome shape makes them stackable, taking up less space in the fridge (or cupboard) and making it easier to keep track of pumping order. The back of the bottle comes off completely for easy cleaning by hand or in the dishwasher.

For your baby’s comfort, the Nanobébé has vented nipple that releases air even when the vents are covered by your baby’s mouth, helping to minimize colic. The shape is easy for little hands to grasp and hold, so your baby can learn to self-feed.
