Can this be your full time baby monitor even though it’s labeled travel?

Yes, the Nanit x Babylist Ultimate Travel Pro Camera Flex Bundle can definitely be used as a full-time baby monitor—even though it’s marketed for travel, it has the same high-quality features as Nanit’s standard monitors.

Absolutely! You can easily add an extra camera to your existing Nanit setup by purchasing just the camera and pairing it through the app​.

Is there a difference between what the flex stand camera can do and the wall mount?

The difference is in the installation and portability. The Wall Mount has to be installed on your wall and although it can be moved, will take a bit of effort. The Flex Stand needs no installation and can be quickly moved and packed, as needed.

The Nanit Pro Camera can't be mounted on a crib using the Flex Stand. If you want a clear overhead view of the crib, you can purchase the Pro Floor Stand Accessory separately.

The breathing band that comes with this bundle can go comfortably over most PJs, sleeping bags and sleep sacks. Just make sure that you don't put anything over the band and that it's placed underneath baby’s arms.

Do you have to have the Nanit subscription in order for the camera/alerts/two way talking etc. to function? Do you only lose the ability to see sleep stats after the 1 year free subscritpion?

A Nanit Insights subscriptions gets you benefits like sleep tracking, analysis, and the ability to save video history. Even without it though you'll still have access to all the basic features of the camera.

When looking at the product description for the multi stand (flex stand) is says: "Note: you can only use the camera function with the multi-stand (not to track breathing motion or sleep)." So does that mean we will not see the baby's sleep stats each morning via the insights app with this bundle? We would need to get the floor mount in addition to this bundle in order to have the feature?

The Flex Stand (formerly the Multi-Stand) is not able to gather data for Insights since it doesn't give the camera a birds-eye view of the crib to gather accurate sleeping information. You will only be able to use the camera function with it.

We love the Nanit monitor,
We love the Nanit monitor, but it sometimes loses the breathing of the baby and it won't find it unless we manually point at where the baby (pajama) is. Monitoring (sound) sometimes also disconnects randomly and we need to go into the app and re-click the sound icon.

We love the continuous monitoring
We love the continuous monitoring of our Nanit and all the technology it offers. It’s also super easy to travel with so we’re never without, and I love having it on my phone so I can still check in when sitters are keeping our children.

The Nanit Travel Pack is
The Nanit Travel Pack is so amazing and helpful! I wish I had purchased it sooner. The stand allows for a lot of flexibility with the camera and even while traveling, you can still have the peace of mind of having your Nanit with you.

A couple of issues. I
A couple of issues. I didn't realize how important it is to get a baby monitor with its own viewing device until now. It is very inconvenient to view on the phone as you can't use your phone for much else. Also, the web based version is delayed by 5-10 seconds and both the app and browser based versions have buffering issues where it won't load and I have to close out and re open for the stream to start.

Pros are it is very easy to install and get up and running on the app.
