The Boss Plus Backpack is an updated take on their original Boss Backpack with a sleek design and premium features. Elevated with thoughtful details, this versatile bag spans the hospital to playdates to pumping. It also works well as an airplane carry-on or a car seat tag-along.
It has even more pockets (19 total), making it their most organized large capacity bag. More noteworthy features: insulated side bottle pockets, comfy shoulder straps, a roomy main compartment, felt line valuables pocket, signature rubber bottom feet and top-to-bottom zippers.

The only paci my kid loves!
We had several pacifiers gifted to us and this one is the BEST! I ended up buying more of this pacifier so I could have a couple at home and in the diaper bag.

I just got this for my second baby and I'm obsessed! I had a boss before but not a boss plus, it's so much better for 2 kids. I absolutely love the color it's so cute!

This bag has been wonderful for two in cloth diapers. There is a designated spot for everything I need. I only wish I could have one in every color!

The diaper bag I needed after having 2 under 2!
I have several diaper bags, and this is the most organized and has all the pockets I need to not have to keep everything bulky. I do have one of the packing cubes for extra changes of clothes for the kids to keep organized. This backpack would comfortably fit all packing cubes if needed. I LOVE it and I love the color. It also has much better back support than any of the other diaper bags/backpacks I have. I would absolutely recommend it!

Love it so far! Great customer service
I got this for my second child coming soon and I love the quality of the bag so far. It's packed and ready to go to the hospital! I love all of the pouches and zipper pockets, and it seems like it will hold up well! Customer service was super responsive when I was talking to them. 10/10

The Best Diaper Bag!
This bag is the most spacious backpack! It holds all my things and some. I leave my house in confidence now because I know I'll have everything I need. Would 1000% buy more products from Itzy Ritzy!
