Overview

Description

Dyper has created thoughtful diapers for the most precious customers—free of chlorine, latex, alcohol, lotions and phthalates. They’re unprinted, unscented and soft to the touch, yet extremely durable and absorbent. Larger side tape and increased hook area help them stay on better too.

Dyper has achieved the highest safety rating for baby products: Standard 100, certified by OEKO TEX (an independent Swiss body). The diapers are made with viscose fibers from responsibly sourced bamboo and packed in clear bags made with oxo-degradable materials.

They also share every component that goes into making their diapers for total transparency. Each material is clearly identified along with its primary function and whether the material is easily biodegradable. Independent testing confirms that every component meets and exceeds the highest domestic and international standards.

Another reason parents love them: soiled diapers can be returned for composting through their optional REDYPER service. They provide you with the bags, the boxes and prepaid shipping labels. (With each delivery, Dyper purchases carbon offsets on behalf of subscribers to help reforestation efforts.)

Best all around
These are hands down the best diapers I’ve encountered. The fit, the feel, the absorbency—fantastic all around. Then you get the added bonus of the materials. They’re made from eco-friendly materials (largely bamboo) and be composted through their REDYPER program. It can’t get better right? Wrong. Their support team/company in general is amazing. During the LA fires they took the time to reach out to me and personally provide support. That’s a company that truly cares about its clientele.

Still happy with DYPER, 18 months in
Consistent excellent quality and size accuracy. We’ve been using since birth and it has remained our favorite of the eco conscious options.

If I could give 0 stars, I would
We were monthly purchasers of these diapers and we thought they were amazing. Until it came to size 3 advertising they will fit 16lbs-28lbs. They came in and did not fit my 18lbs son. Dyper’s customer service has been terrible and extremely rude. They refuse to give me a full refund (for an unopened box) and apologized for “my confusion.” There was no confusion. I bought based off how they advertised. I’m extremely disappointed I thought this was such a great company. Had they made it right we would’ve adjusted the size and continued to purchase from here. But after going back and forth with Maddie at customer service, and how blatantly rude she’s been in every email, I will never purchase from Dyper again. My husband is the type of person “as cool as a cucumber” and nothing really seems to upset him. But the way Maddie at Dyper was emailing us, even upset him. There was no kindness, no remorse or resolution. So disappointing.

Something changed. Constant blowouts.
We’ve been loyal Dyper subscribers for 3.5yrs. We loved the diapers, and our toddler is still using training pants at night.
Our 2nd has been using the since day 1, and all of a sudden they’re not absorbing like they used to. Every BM blows out in some direction. Doesn’t matter position, or even size. It just doesn’t absorb fast enough, and leaks.
Shipping has also become much slower over the years. We used to get them so fast, like 2-4 days. Now they always take over a week.
Pretty disappointed…the wipes changed too, and we’re not fans.

So Good I've Never Even Tried Another Brand
As usual, quick shipping and great product. We primarily use cloth diapers but love having this nature-friendly, baby-friendly option on hand as a backup!

Only diaper I use
They’re the best. They can take real punishment before they leak…. WAY after any of the other more environmentally conscious choices. My only choice. Really great overnight!!

Don't recommend ordering a subscription
Bought these diapers, 4 boxes at a time on subscription. Tried to cancel my order only a few minutes after it reordered automatically, and it wouldn't let me. Customer service wouldn't let me cancel it and insisted it's because of fulfilment. Then send me return labels for them instead. I get them, bring them to fedex, find out they only sent 1 label for 4 boxes. Had to go home email them, got a new label, except it wasn't one they could print there and I have to go to a special location. This company makes good diapers, but have the absolute worst, biggest headache return process. Really irritating and I would not reccomend these diapers to my worst nightmare to have to deal with returning them.
