Belly Bandit wraps are designed to support your belly, waist and hips after you have your baby, a modern update on centuries-old traditions of postpartum belly binding. The wrap fits snugly to provide constant compression around your middle without impeding your breathing or circulation, and is meant to be worn day and night for a minimum of six to 10 weeks after delivery for the best results.

Belly Bandit wraps should fit snugly. The first time you wear it, it may barely close, but that’s OK. You want to have plenty of room to keep tightening it as you recover.
